I don't think there needs to be an aggravating factor (hate crime) what he did is already murder 1.
Talking **** about a racist murderer is perfectly above board.
The scum killed a perfect stranger for no apparent reason. He's an admitted white supremacist. His victim was black. Words exchanged indicate he demanded the victim give way or else. The victim declined and was murdered, brutally.
That's real simple math dude.

 

It's pretty easy to kill someone who isn't expecting you to just pull a knife and stab them. That not being normal behavior and all.

 

So it may have been a case of self defense.

 

Sure if he just walked up said "hi" and stabbed him then I agree....witnesses however said that Urbanski screamed at them as he approached and appeared intoxicated....that would put me on my toes.

Now imagine that person doesn't want to scrap or posture but simple pulls a weapon and uses it immediately upon getting into range.

Do you even read crime statistic data?

14% of the US population is responsible for half of the crime in the country. Of those, they're something like 30 times more likely to be repeat offenders. It's not racist if it's true. Sorry it doesn't fit your comfy narrative.

Wow, project much...Actually I've been in more fights than many...as an Indian with a ponytail and being an ex boxer....I can handle myself, but I catch more grief because I have a beautiful wife and we like to go dancing. Ever come back from the restroom and some drunk is yelling at your wife because she won't dance with him....you have 2 options, politely ask them to leave your wife alone...beat the crap out of them when they refuse...it's usually the latter. As for weapons, I'm always carrying.

And when you tell the drunk to **** off, does it usually start with you pulling a knife or pistol in a dance hall? Do you keep range or do you put yourself between the drunk and your wife or otherwise close distance? Is that what you open with? Or do you square up and tell him to kick rocks or lose teeth? What if when you show up he pulls a knife you didn't notice and guts you like a fish as an opener?
Not only that but you're illustrating a situation that doesn't match the facts, you approaching the drunk keyed up because he's screaming at your wife, not a drunk approaching you saying something and when you respond stabbing you in the chest as an opener.

O wait you answered already. When you tell him to leave what if his refusal is to stab you while you're talking? Say he noticed your lineage and is some sort of vile racist and won't be spoken to by "your kind " or whatever it is scum like that says before murder 1.

 

You asked a question I answered. I put myself between the man and my wife...and no I don't carry a gun or knife into a dance hall...I do however carry a 14 inch extendable steel baton...but it is more satisfying to break some drunks nose with my fist...or use my left leg prosthetic to kick my steel versus his flesh.

And the point is that Urbanski approached three men yelling at them and stabbed one. Doesn't quite add up, but if that is what happened then fry him.

 

And my original point is that if someone is intending to murder you when you think they want to scrap or posture, it's not that ****ing hard to stab you. Read next time.

He approached and demanded the victim give way. When the victim refused he was almost immediately stabbed. READ next time.

 

More right-wing terrorism in America. It's been going on for a long time. Usually when it happens, you pretty much get crickets from right-wingers.
