Can digital voting stop in-person intimidation ?

    Every registered voter should receive one ballot and fill it in then take it directly to the precinct.

    I don't understand the point of you making that statement, or how it is even relevant to the problem being described.

    Maybe people here are trying to type on their phones and can't be bothered to write out many words?
    I don't think we're going to be able to have an intelligent conversation, if that's the case.

    Ballots sent to registered voters have barcodes. They could be used to vote electronically.
