Eh, as I said in the other topic, I think Canada and the U.S. were looking more at the free speech aspect (1st Amendment for the U.S. and The Bill of Rights for Canada). Should they have voted against? Hell no. It looks bad on both countries (especially Canada), but at least they didn't vote blindly. That's just my opinion, though.

Truman - the only one in the history of a decision to use nuclear weapons.

The resolution also calls attention to an active use of the Internet for the propaganda of racism and xenophobia and underlines the importance of counteraction to it in the format of law and the International Pact on Civil and Political Rights...."

You surprise me. You refer to the texts of science fiction writers. Such as Solzhenitsyn and R. Medvedev. Incidentally anatatsii in the novel "The Gulag Arhipilag" published YWCA in the United States in 1989 (by the way, is a publishing house specializing in subversive literature for different countries) explicitly states that the novel is an artistic perception of the author. In other words - it's not documentary literature. This is a fantastic literature. It's like a talk about the history of ancient Rome, referring to the movie "Gladiator".
If you are interested in the truth, read the memo to Khrushchev's "victims of Stalinist repression." I assure you - you are very surprised. (many times I showed this memorandum in this forum. You can find it in the archive forum)
