No but reaction does, when a party or political orientation defends the bad actions of their leaders and condemns the bad actions of their rivals they have bad intent. When a party or political orientation admits wrongdoing, and apologies and condemns bad actors in their own party they have good intent.
I see what your saying but just condemning an action doesn't mean that the intent is good. It would be nice if it did. Too many politicians fake there emotions to fit there narrative.
Our system works fine. The only reason the losers are in a self-righteous uproar is because they lost. Had they received the results they expected, they would be fine with the system. Some folks are prone to resentment and we leave them to God to work that out.

This might shock you but the left has always wanted a good way of electing people not just an "okay" way, whether we win or lose, but then again I guess giving everyone a fair way to elect people would mean doom for the right wing in America. That is why its only the GOP who is against independent commissioners redrawing districts.
