I've been reading your post here for several years, it's as though someone abducted you and took over your account.

    1. there was no agreement with CBS, unless you can produce one. Trump had every legal and moral right to NOT play the game on their terms when they started cheating, he turned the table on them, exposed their pathological dishonesty and made them look like total cretins, which they richly deserve.

    2. the laptop, tens of thousands of emails from 3 independent sources, testimonies of eyewitnesses and participants and a Senate report, all matching to a tee and incriminating the Bidens, including Joe, aren't rumors.

When somebody testifies under penalty of perjury, it will stop being rumor. Why do you suppose no one has done so? The election is 9 days away. You keep ignoring the reality here, and simply repeat your beliefs.

I'll go with plausibility. You can believe what you want. (9 days. Somebody better hurry up, doncha think?)

oh gee, everything is a rumor unless it's under oath. lol too funny. the laptop is a rumor, the emails, the Senate report, all rumors lol

newsflash, they are not rumors, they are called alleged crimes and in this case they are supported by overwhelming evidence. duh

9 days before the election indeed and I can assure you, this Biden corruption scandal, the censorship and the coverup aren't earning poor Joe new votes. the question is how many votes he is losing.

I'd be interested in hearing about all the damage you think President Trump is doing to conservative causes. Maybe we should start with a list of things you think of as conservative causes?

President Trump appears to have governed as a rather conservative president, certainly more conservative than I expected when we elected a billionaire from NYC that used to regularly hob-nob with Democrats. His Supreme Court nominations might well be the best slate of my entire lifetime. Anything else he's done seems minor compared to that, but he's got the TC&J Act, repealing regulations, decent immigration reform, some significant foreign policy wins, including not starting any new wars during his presidency (for the first presidency in my lifetime). Have there been some downsides, particularly on deficit spending? Yes. There's also the bump stock ban which I wasn't happy about, and his trade wars. Other than that, what should I, and other conservatives, be displeased with policy-wise from the Trump Administration?

For one he's making conservatives defend defenseless positions like masks bad polls bad and literally copying and pasting 2016 email playbook. In short he's damaging the reputation of the party and when he's gone and loses I think with how far trumplicans have gone in the tank for Trump it's going to be very hard to come back. Then you've got his crazy spending lack of free market principles (tariffs advocating boycotts of private businesses).

So, you can prove that CBS lied when they asserted there was an agreement. Okay. Let's see your evidence.

Trump continues to look weak on the national stage. Walking out of an interview because the questions are too hard? You are the President of the US for crying out loud. I've never seen a world leader act like a 12 year old like this.

How do you figure he's "damaging the reputation of the party"? For one data point, all through 2015 and 2016 (until President Trump's election) the % of Americans that had a favorable opinion of the Republican Party never cracked 40%. It hit a high of 51% in January 2020 (and has admittedly slumped back a bit since then, to a still-better-than-2015/6 42%. https://news.gallup.com/poll/24655/party-images.aspx
If anything, President Trump has helped the Republican Party's reputation recover from the lows it sank to at the end of the GWB administration and during the Obama administration.

You've completely misunderstood who's responsible to support their assertions here. CBS asserted they had an agreement. It's incumbent upon them to provide evidence to support that assertion. If they don't (and they haven't) nobody should / needs to believe them. It's not up to us to "prove a negative". It's up to them to provide evidence of their claim, or see their frivolous claim dismissed out-of-hand.

Hmm, I hope you don't expect your request to prove a negative to be dignified with a meaningful response, 3 year olds now know that such requests are a dead giveaway that the requester has run out of real arguments and is pathetically trying (and failing) to save his face.

PS Ironically you actually have "lawyer" in your screen name Duh

    They’re not idiots.

They half expected him to break the agreement. It isn’t as if Trump is a man of his word.

But they have the last word. And they put Trump’s whining, victim act and immature petulance on the screen, for the world to see (as if the world didn’t already know about Trump’s childish little spoiled bully act).

It's vintage Trump; he can dish it out but he cannot take it. I don't think most Americans are surprised at him walking out of the interview once the "tough" questions started. I'm actually surprised that he didn't walk out when Stahl asked him how he was doing at the beginning of the interview. Election day cannot arrive fast enough.

    Wow...

I just re-watched the interview, and I was surprised about how badly (and totally) Trump got owned by Stahl:
