    Not defelecting. Im on topic. DNC was hacked, obama was factually in charge. This is his failure...once again that Trump has to mop up. Any reason why Obama allowed the DNC to get hacked or was he simply incompetent. Its the latter, obama is too stupid to have had a master plan.
