The defense team will demand access to the server.
This will never go anywhere because the state cant prove anything

Yes ... exactly what Mueller had in mind when he indicted facebook trolls. Why didn't Mueller take this case to the international court in the Hague? Mueller's now alleging Russian state involvement in cyber-crime / cyber-warfare, espionage and fraud.

Sad to see that you still make up things that no one said or did. Aren't there rules against that?

It's difficult to prosecute if the gun is still in the river somewhere.

Ellis isn't the presiding judge in the other Big Russian Indictment Case, where Mueller was blasted for "PETTIFOGGERY" by the judge, as Mueller was FORCED to BEG FOR MORE TIME, as he was not ready to actually try the case, DESPITE FILING INDICTMENTS.

He is PRAYING none of the Russians indicted today actually SHOW UP ready to defend themselves, as the DOJ has NEVER EVEN SEEN THE DNC's SERVER(s) = NO EVDIDENCE to SUPPORT THE INDICTMENT.

Meanwhile: Will the Witch Hunt be indicting Obama for THIS?

Sometimes they buy them in the US then sell them to North Korea and Iran. But Trump says that is ok.

The judge never accused them of "pettifoggery", that was the defense lawyers. And that trial is moving right along...

Bullshit, They will need PRESENTABLE, TECHNICALLY VALID PROOF that the GRU hacked what they are accused of hacking.

The Grand Buffoon is PRAYING that none of these Russians show up, and HUMILIATE HIM, like the current batch of "indicted Russians" did ...easily.

Meanwhile, will the Witch Hunt be INDICTING OBAMA FOR THIS???? You keep DODGING that QUESTION , for some reason.

Just recently the Muller witch hunt indicted four Russian firms thinking that they would never appear in a federal courtroom in the USA.

    Guess what happened ?

The Russians lawyered up and appeared in a federal courtroom ready to go to trial and Mueller backed down.

Am I 100% convinced that it was Russia Russia Russia who hacked into the DNC servers ?
Not 100% but would make a Vegas bet that they were.

Would the evidence stand up in court ?

    I doubt it.

The DNC still denies the FBI access to their servers and the evidence being used comes from a third party who doesn't have a good track record, CrowdSrike.

What is the DNC still trying to hide ?

The RNC allowed the FBI access to their servers and yes, they were hacked but as Julia Assagne of Wikileaks said, the RNC emails were a nothing burger, no corruption found to meet Wikileaks requirements, there has to be corruption or it doesn't get published on Wikileaks.

Yeah, but there is a difference between some fat Russian (The Mellow Guy) in his parent's basement trolling the Internet to meddle in our election and Officers carrying out orders hacking..., just like there is a difference between stealing crap in YOUR county and stealing crap in another.

That trial is DELAYED, because of the PROSECUTION's UNPREPAREDNESS.

Mueller had to BEG the defense to allow the extended delay which they did not have to do.

He ain't got chit, and the defense knows it, or they could have ended the case for prosecutorial misconduct (unready for trial, at a reasonable time, AFTER filing indictments ), but they know they DON'T NEED TO.

Not exactly the actions of defendants in fear of conviction.

Prosecutorial misconduct is NOTHING NEW to the Grand Buffoon, or his lead prosecutor.

No idea. Maybe they decided catching the criminals was more important than stopping them. And look at the payoff!
It’s sad you’re rooting for Russian Intel over our own govt. but I’m confident you’ll be proven wrong, again. I’m sure you’re used to it by now
