Communism can infect people in more than one way. But somebody with a virus that tortures you and bleeds you out from the inside out is different from somebody with tertiary syphilis in the brain, so make provisions that the whole world gets the corona vaccine -- in a year or two when it is available.

Or just let Darwin do his work with no opposition whatever.

As much as I don't trust Communist China to report accurate numbers, your source is as un-proven and does nothing but scare people needlessly. History tells us that this virus outbreak probably won't be much different than others. People can become totally irrational during these scares. Look at how many sick old weak people there are in the US and quadruple it for China's numbers. That might be closer to the actual number of people who have actually died from this virus. It is not a pandemic and the world is not going to end because of this virus.

Global stock markets are a good indicator. It goes crazy every time there is a scare. Actually when markets are priced for perfection, all they need is a catalyst for a pull back. This is it, maybe 5%. There are political pundits that would like to see a recession. Better yet a global recession. It's not going to happen.
