China no longer wants our trash

    The country has been the “world’s wastebasket” for decades. But starting January 1 China has said “no more.”

    For over 20 years China has been taking the recyclable (often toxic) waste of America and countries in Western Europe.

    So now what? Trash is piling up by the ton and nobody seems to know what to do with it all.
