    Religion isn’t the problem, it is trying to force others to live by religion and selling out those stated values that you want to force onto others in order to do so. Liars and hypocrites.

    It has been a puzzle from word go how any one truly holding to Christian values could support Trump. I began to understand it a little when I was shown how two faced the evangelical preachers are - asking for more money for a bigger mansion from people who do not have enough to pay the rent but Trump is on a different level yet again.

    Christian Values and Trump

    Fidelity - errrr move on
    Grace - well he knew someone by the name of grace once.......
    Charity - his got closed because he was using it as a personal piggy bank
    Justice and mercy - yet to see it.. He hits out at anyone he sees as not supporting him and has shown a very vindictive side
    Truthfulness.......errr lets go back to fidelity again;;;;;;;;;

    That's because you want to frame most Republicans a certain way that you van portray as negative. The more you can associate regular republicans with the alt right the more you feel you can discredit them simply by calling them alt right.

    Would be like me calling all Democrats communists..

    hey, if the evangelicals ever again try to attack someone for their morals, people will just through their support of Trump in their face, that is just the reality of it

    they can vote for whomever they want, they just can't claim to be the moral party that supports family values anymore, because they support Trump

    interesting questions, course the right would never go after them as so many evangelicals would also lose their tax status

    that said, I agree, if they were, they should lose it, you have to pay taxes to play politics

    God isn't limited to working through Christians, and Trump's policies are far more family friendly than the party with the jackass for it's symbol that's OK with people being male on Tuesday and female on Thursday.

    Before, when I heard the word Evangelicals, I thought hypocrites. Now, I will think hypocrites and Trump. Thank all you Evangelicals for the clarification that Jesus is a RW Republican.

    I'm talking about campaigning from black churches. Personally, I think the rule prohibiting involvement in politics should be scrapped. On moral political issues, the church gets to say something, it's what ML King did. Planned Parenthood and Media Matters are non profits who talk about politics all the time.

    If CT's objection to Trump was his affairs, why didn't they slam Mayor Pete for his homosexual lifestyle, also against Biblical standards?
