    I agree 100%, but unfortunately a few left leaning partisan district judges may not have a problem with it, before it gets to the Supreme Court.

    it's a claim that somebody is a criminal when the gimp who yells that has no clue if it's true or not. The gimp just yells it by judging the skin color, and so it is defamation.

    How is it a racially motivated slur? No race is mentioned at all when it's said. It applies to anyone and everyone regardless of skin color or racial make up that enters or stays in the country illegally.

    How do you know that the "gimp" doesn't know that the person is in the country illegally? Maybe that "gimp" knows them? Maybe that "gimp" over heard what was supposed to be a private conversation? Maybe someone told that "gimp" that they knew that illegal alien and he called them out on it?

    Perhaps you shouldn't make assumptions based on your own biases?
