    She has not said that, and when she does go over the line she apologizes quickly.
    Ginsberg is an excellent lawyer, and has been a very effective justice.

    She denounced Trump and apologized - not sure she needed to apologize for frankly expressing her opinion. Ginsberg is the best of the progressive justices, and apparently a fine honorable human being. Pretty good for a Democrat/lawyer. ;-)

    Almost all of the Congressional Dixiecrats remained in the DP for the duration.
    A few switched parties - and their stance on segregation.

    I keep asking for an example but no one can provide one outside of a remark made against trump. Care to quote what you are referring to?

    I have always agreed with Roberts idea, “We do not have Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges, What we have is an extraordinary group of dedicated judges doing their level best to do equal right to those appearing before them. The independent judiciary is something we should all be thankful for.”

    Seems trump and now thomas disagree

    If trump has accomplished anything, he has shown the country just what his party really believes and the depths they will go to control it.
    I hope all voters that are not ideologically locked consider this in future elections.
    They have proven both sides are not the same as many previously believed.

    Ginsberg is okay, but the justices are political appointees. They are not chosen for their objectivity.

    I agree, we need to get rid of Trump, what he did to people like John McCain is horrible - vote in 2020, let's make Trump a one term President

    Roberts rewrote part of it so it would be a tax and thus Constitutional and not a penalty which is what the Obama Admin claimed it was...

    This was a compromise with republicans, Dems had no issue with it being removed from the ACA
