    False. IPCC is a scientific body, composed of scientists coming to consensus. You cannot actually undermine their mountains of work, so you retreat to silly characterizations. No intelligent person is compelled by that nonsense.

    Actually you are wrong. In fact some scientists demanded removal from the IPCC. A small contingent at the top puts it together with zero transparency with their conclusions after sending it to various countries for changes.

    More typically they simply don't volunteer to do it again.

    The one IPCC guy I knew was like that. Too much politics diluting the science. Governments don't want to get serious about the threat.

    Says you. these days, to normal, rational people, overwhelming scientific consensus is a powerful thing and an indicator that they have arrived at something close to the truth. To you it is something to be feared and insulted, when it does not align with your politics or personal fetishes. Which reflects poorly on you.

The overwhelming preponderance of science says what it says, whether I agree with it or not. that is the main reason you guys are embarrassing yourselves, as you try to attach it to the incompetence and dishonesty of nearly the entire global scientific community. As if pointing and cackling has any bearing on anything, except to embarrass our nation as being full of fools who flout science.
