CNN's Jim Acosta has press pass suspended

I'm not doubting the ratings thing. I'm asking about CNN being exposed for inaccurate reporting.

 

Dems were labeled as crying snowflakes right after Trump won hence all the Liberals marching in vagina costumes and screaming at the sky. That term must really bother them (or they can't come up with anything on their own) because now Liberals have adopted the term for conservatives. Pretty funny though.

Ah, there were two comments and do I remember the Cohen thing. Not impressive but not exactly systemic, and not really comparable, IMO, to the absurdity of FOX. I seam to remember Hannity having his own 'Cohen Thing' for example.

Either way, my original point wasn't to argue CNN over FOX, it was a comment on FOX being admittedly popular but not for journalistic integrity or value.

 

I think the point I was making was the ratings are diving at CNN for journalistic integrity. Prior to Trump they were the number 1 network news broadcaster. I actually was a huge fan. Once the fake news was being exposed they started losing ratings fast. This given the fact that CNN is contracted to play at most every airport and public arenas in the US. If you took those out where would they be?

 

That thing about locking up toddlers was kind of a D-bag move.

 

CNN was not 1 before Trump was elected. They were in free fall well before Trump.

 

Between my google search and your article I've seen 3 corrections in the last 14 months. CNN can be ridiculous. 24 hour news is ridiculous in general. That whole thing with the missing Malaysian airplane was absurd at CNN. But to say that CNN is losing popularity over integrity while FOX does well , I don't see how that works.

CNN's Chief White House Correspondent Jim Acosta's press pass to access the White House was suspended "until further notice" Wednesday, hours after he engaged in a contentious back-and-forth with President Trump.
"I've just been denied entrance to the WH," Acosta tweeted Wednesday night. "Secret Service just informed me I cannot enter the WH grounds for my 8pm hit."
White House press secretary Sarah Sanders confirmed Acosta's tweet in a statement, claiming the suspension of his press credentials stemmed from his "placing his hands on a young woman just trying to do her job as a White House intern." She called the behavior "absolutely unacceptable."
The CNN reporter, during a news conference at the White House earlier Wednesday, got into a heated debate with Trump after he asked the president about the migrant caravan. Trump told Acosta to let him do his job.
“Honestly, I think you should let me run the country and you run CNN,” the president said.

Obama did it too.(Dickbagish, sure but it was legal.)(Was, until a Court ruled otherwise but that's a different can of worms.)

I think Mr Acosta simply needs to apologize for his conduct and for what happened as a result, be it intentional or not. The White House can accept the apology and let him back in. Then it would be up to Mr Acosta to decide if he wants to continue this type of behavior.
