I cut the cable years ago at home years ago and haven't missed it a'tall. But trying to avoid it at the doctor's office is another matter. Can't be done.

Not the point. The issue is, why hasn't CNN treated people in power the same regardless of political belief? You know why as well as I; they play favorites. And I've said this before - MSNBC does it all the time but damnit they're HONEST about it. You know going in no GOP-er will ever get a fair shake there but they don't try to hide it. They at least have integrity when it comes to being honest about what they believe it. CNN? They're shills for the DNC just like MSNBC - but they continue to spin the idea that they're unbiased. For sure. It's Trump, unsurprisingly, who is the enemy of the American people, and especially of our democratic institutions. All such populist con men and would-be autocrats who make their way into such a political office are enemies of democracy and freedom. What democratic institutions are you referring to? If I recall it was Obama who said he had a pen and a phone which he intended to use to bypass our democratic institutions.

 

Too late, I already have. In a way, it's kind of like watching a train wreck in slo-mo. You know it's a disaster but you can't look away. Also - I'm not watching it at home and I can play games on my phone anywhere - but seeing what CNN is doing when I'm getting my bloodwork done and suchlike is a bit of a novelty.

I'm not even sure why we're discussing that, the thread isn't about what I watch or why but rather what CNN is presenting to the world and how it's either clueless about it's own bias' - or lying about it.

A reporter should expose the lies of politicians when they can prove it, but they should also give credit where credit is due. Does Acosta do that? No, instead he flies down to our border, stands next to a border fence which is keeping the illegals out, and tries to dump on Trump by saying we don’t need a border wall because he doesn’t see any illegals. That piece was pure partisan and inspired by hate.

 

If the world isn't watching CNN, as their ratings clearly show nobody watches them, why would anyone actually care what they televise? The last time I watched CNN was when that Malaysian plane disappeared. LOL

 

I'm not interested in your supposed facts. I'm not interested in CNN either. What I am interested in is why people actually support our POTUS calling the press the enemy of the State. That is mind blowing to me.

Now is Acosta a reporter or an analyst? If he’s a reporter then his job is to just report, if he’s an analyst then he’s not a reporter and doesn’t belong at the WH press briefings.
