    We really do not know for sure. This calls for and open amd extensive investigation into Schiff and anyone he has ever associated with. Trump needs to direct the FBI and CIA to start an investigation which will include prosecuting process crimes to the fullest extent.

    More conservative hysterics. Isn't the Trump administration refusing to allow their people to testify in congress and refusing to turn over various documents to congress. Seems to me that the republicans are the one's who've jettisoned the constitution and are hiding the truth. IMO the republican party has evolved into nothing more then a cult and I believe the end is near for the party as it stands today.

    It is highly unlikely that Mr. Nunes will be suing anyone. Why not? Because he is a "public official" who may be subjected to criticism (within some limitations) because of protections provided by a very famous court case, "New York Times versus Sullivan)... 1964. The court case became instantly famous because it goes right to the heart of Free Speech in the United States.

    "Times v Sullivan", as it is commonly referred to, is what enables nearly all of us here on the Forum, for instance, to levy charges against many elected and appointed public officials, as well as private individuals who thrust themselves into the public spotlight.

    It's funny how you lefties are up in arms about an off-topic photoshop job yet when it is pointed out that Dementia Joe Biden extorted Ukraine into firing Mr. Shokin WHO WAS investigating Burisma....ya'll claim it's fake news. Shokin was only in his job for about 10 months before Joe got him fired. Hell, I didn't here any of you lefties yammering about firing Bob Mueller because he took 2 years and didn't come up with ****!.

    Well I guess he can testify in the Senate once Nancy and the clown show votes to impeach the MF'r.

    The problem with your statement is that Mr. Shokin has already testified that he WAS INVESTIGATING BURISMA.

    Shokin is a LIAR and nothing he says has any credibility.

    In essence he was a shill for Russia when he was the Ukrainian Prosecutor General which is why he needed to be fired.

    Another LIE is that it was Biden who got him fired. Check out the timeline for yourself and you will discover that it was a couple of months LATER that the Ukrainian government voted to fire him.

    Since when does the truth matter? Fake dossiers are used to get FISA warrants, spies can be used in opposing campaigns, unsubstantiated sexual assault claims are used against SCOTUS nominees, phone call hearsay is being used for impeachment.....and so on.

    My point is suddenly the truth matters to those who have supported blatant lies. Funny how that is.

    That's just dumb. If Mr. Shokin 'was a shill for Russia' then he most certainly would have been investigating Burisma because Burisma is Ukraine's largest natural gas company which is competition for Russia's natural gas supply to Ukraine. Do you think before you post or just resort to Russia Russia Russia?

    Mr. Shokin's credibility will be seen on national TV in the Senate. Good luck with that. :nod:

    It should also be noted that Shokin's assistant prosecutor quit out of disgust for the corruption being overlooked by Shokin. Never a good sign.

    Speaking of Shokin, if this impeachment farce makes it to the Senate, he will be called as a witness. He has already said in a sworn statement Biden had him fired for getting too close to Burisma in his investigation.
