The council, which next meets Sept. 24, deals with a host of global challenges, including nuclear non-proliferation and nuclear disarmament. The Obama administration hopes to use the month-long appointment

The United Nations represents multiple nations.
The United States is a single nation.

The Best Interests of the United States may at times differ from other nations.

The POTUS should never be placed in a position of ambiguity when it comes to the Best Interests of the United States and its Citizens.

The sooner this guy leaves office the better and I pray we replace him with someone who will respect the Rule of our Nations Laws and not treat them as if we are subject to international rule.
