Dodge? You asked stupid questions I just returned the favor. You are denying that this girl owns her body. You are suggesting that the government owns her body. Does the constitution and the bill of rights secure the government's right to tell this girl what to do? It's really a simple question that I already know the answer to. As for my opinion...That is what these forums are for...opinions. sadly though your opinion is that you have the right to control people. I call that anti-American. It is opinions like yours that are destroying this country. I wished you would all leave but even the constitution and Bill of rights secure your right to your opinion and your right to voice it. Even though I don't like your opinion it is your right to voice. Just as it's mine to say that you and the rest of the socialists are wrong and should leave the free world while the getting is good.

The sad thing about all of this is the government is justified in their ruling over this girl. They truly do own this girl. As they own me and any other US citizen. Hopefully one day those socialists here claiming that they have the right to make this girl take poison find themselves in a similar situation. Then they may understand what it's like to have someone else tell them what to do with their bodies. May you reap what you have sown!

So then you're for the Supreme Court or the government forcing a 17 year old who just got pregnant to either have an abortion or be forced to carry the baby to term, whichever they deem most appropriate, right?

I agree, pro-lifers whether on the right or the left are for forcing their choice on people, I am pro-choice... keep the government out of it

yes some may make a choice I disagree with, but taking away their choice, also means taking away everyone choice

Silly what ifs? It means I don't have time to look up the stats nor do I care to. It is a matter of this girl owning her body or not owning her body. Obviously you don't believe she has that right of ownership and I do.
Hitler's doctors tortured people. How many innocent have doctors experimented on throughout history? There is a grave site about 20 miles from my home that is filled with such people. The mental institution used to cut a small piece of the brain out to see if they could fix the mental illness. I would call that torture but that is just my opinion.
you can tell yourself that if it helps you sleep at night.
I agree with checks and balances as long as those checking and balancing are trust worthy. Do you believe they are trust worthy? Are you 90% certain they are not going to corrupt for money or power? If you say yes to that I have a bridge I would like to sell you about 5 miles from your home.

Exactly!!! I want to chose for myself it's my body. I grow tired of the socialist beliefs that government and the majority tell you what to do with your personal property.

sense both the right and left are doing those things, it's not a socialist thing, it's a dictatorship thing, the desire to control people

The belief that society makes the rules of every day life is a socialist belief. If it was a dictatorship one person would make the rules of every day life. America is so (*)(*)(*)(*)ed up its hard to say for sure what kind of society it is. It may be a country full of would be dictators.

Particularly in the 20th century, there have been numerous experiments performed on human test subjects in the United States that have been considered unethical, and were often performed illegally, without the knowledge, consent, or informed consent of the test subjects.

The experiments include: the deliberate infection of people with deadly or debilitating diseases, exposure of people to biological and chemical weapons, human radiation experiments, injection of people with toxic and radioactive chemicals, surgical experiments, interrogation and torture experiments, tests involving mind-altering substances, and a wide variety of others. Many of these tests were performed on children,[1] the sick, and mentally disabled individuals, often under the guise of "medical treatment". In many of the studies, a large portion of the subjects were poor, racial minorities or prisoners

That is the problem with free society's the bad have rights to. They don't how ever have the right to take rights away from others. In the past people that didn't respect the rights of others were hung from a rope. I am all for that method. It would help in changing the attitude of socialists or dictators which ever you prefer to call them. I think anti American suits them best.
