Obviously you aren't aware of the fact that the "wild west" wasn't as
wild as you want to believe. The "wild west" you're speaking of is a
product of Hollywood, which isn't real. The real "wild west" was nothing
like the "wild west" depicted by Hollywood.

You did know that, right? Seriously, you knew that, right?

Why is it that liberals keep with the line about them wanting government to be the answer to all ills? What is this progressive government that liberals keep talking about? The positions they take on just about any subject typically counter the majority of Americans.

They don't want people to work for a living - some don't even want them to have access to work. They seem to greatly hate the religious and those that have any beliefs other than theirs. Similar with other races and nationalities- like the French, Mexicans, and blacks. They want special programs that help only specific classes. They exert their disdain for religion mainly when they want to use their utopian ideology to control the lives of others.

In many ways, when I hear a liberal talk about freedom, he, or she, is talking about making everyone else act, believe, and be as he, or she, is.

Being that liberals tend to be collectivists it often seems to me that to a liberal, their greatest freedom, is to make everyone be the same - or at least like everybody in their group.

Take their obsession with guns; the freedoms they enjoy came from the end of one. What right has ever been protected by compromise? They are scared of the very gun that intimidates criminals who want their own way.

It seems to me that the only freedom liberals are interested in is force of government to tell everyone what they can or cannot do. That is, when it comes to politics, if they don't have the majority they prefer to do everything they can to change what made this country great - the grown up version of "if you don't conform to my utopian views, I'm taking may ball and bat to you."

I read your post and I it was quite vague. Beside allowing women to
murder their babies who have done nothing deserving of being put to
death, what freedoms to Liberals honestly support? Can you name one
    that doesn't include government intervention?

I know that many tend to be hateful on most political topics. I can't stand
that approach because it's so childish. Please, in order to have an honest
discussion, feel free to espouse your beliefs.

If this helps, I don't believe Liberals hold Liberty as an innate value. They
look at is as something given to us by the government.
