Cops Arrest 2 Black Men Sitting In Starbucks For ‘Trespassing’: Video

Yes, most decent people would have just responded with an order of a small coffee and that they were waiting for a friend. They didn't do that and made no mention of any intention of placing an order for anything

 

How do you know they were planning on ordering anything? It's as if they were looking for a problem.

 

To say nothing that what was known both of them was solidly from the middle class.

 

No indication that they was not both solidly of the middle class and doing what white customers do on an ongoing bases and as a matter of course.

 

It's as if they were looking for a payout.......the whole thing was so transparently contrived........

 

Except ordering a damn coffee? That's all they had to do, and they refused.

That's contradictory. If they don't fear losing money by letting people occupy the tables without spending money then why would they fear losing money because of lost customers?

 

Yes indeed when there was the lunch counters sit in during the 1950s to 1960s all those protectors was breaking the law by not leaving and was also arrested in mass for trespassing.

Somehow it seem very bad PR to bring back memories of civil right sits in for any business.

Note once more these men was far from homeless bums no matter how must some posters here are trying to paint them as being such bums.

 

I meet with people at Starbucks and Coffee Bean all the time. Every time I am running late, the person/people I am meeting with always have their drinks. When I get there first, I always order a drink. My son hangs out with his friends at Starbucks after school.
What the hell is wrong with being a paying customer?

 

They also were not paying customers, which is what the problem was.

 

Over 800 posts, no way brutha... But since a bunch of kids told us so, that's all we needed. The cops said they asked these two to leave, 3 times, and they remained anyways so were arrested.

I'm willing to bet that all the patrons there were mentally traumatized after two blacks were arrested by the police.

They were asked to leave and didn't.

 

I didn't paint them as bums. The bums I was speaking of were white. You are confusing refusing to serve with refusing to order. No matter how badly you want this to be a race issue, it still isn't.

 

What else could two blacks men be?

We have no idea whether they were real estate magnates or bums.........they haven't been identified by the MSM even though they were arrested and their names should be readily available.......

 

LOL given that few of us can picture such happening to two white men and that include white customers who was there when this went down and kept asking why those two men was being arrested it seem on it face a racist happening.

I have seen it in person. What you can picture in your mind has ZERO to do with this case. Their decision, not their race, lead to them being removed in handcuffs. To draw attention from their actions to their race, is racist!

My comment is that we didn't get the full story and typically you don't have 10 officers showing up all at once for a simple call, they will whoever trickle in over time when the incident isn't resolved or when they request backup/supervisor.

So my question was: why did so many show up, what was the reason for it?

 

they refused to buy something or leave, that is why they were arrested, most people would of bought something or left... it's really that simple

no one is calling these two men criminal, this is more like stopping in the middle of traffic and causing a traffic jam and refusing to move, more a civil thing then a criminal thing

the problem is, some people think they either have to be in the right, or criminals, people can be jerkish and in the middle too

white people have their idiots too, ever see one of those white guys pulled over that refuses to show his drivers license... sure the charges are usually dropped if they push it that far, but why be such jerks to the cops

 

Wait? Now—“as a matter of course”—white people go into stores, ask to use the bathroom, refuse to buy anything first, then refuse to leave both to the employee and then again to the police who got called?
