France is in a right state at the moment with a third covid wave and a new lockdown.
Normally we do 5 or 6 holidays a year with one big one (like the states) Trips to Europe are a regular thing.

Shame the government wouldn't help at the time. Isn't that what governments are for. Elected by the people for the people to help when all else is lost.
A minor illness that has killed 545,000 Americans and 2.6m worldwide. How do you feel knowing you make up a 5th of all the deaths in the world in one of the most advanced countries?
That people were forced to work and spread the virus to their elderly relatives on the whim of the most stupid president in the history of America.

Government is bad and government helping the needy is communism.

Given that statistically speaking, none of those who got sick died. A few had no symptoms, some had mild and some worse.
I have spent time around 3 who were ill with CV19 and they said it was much like having a cold.

I lived in the city where that Tesla factory is and when GM owned it, I worked there for 3 months during a slow time in heavy construction. Social distancing is easy in that massive plant.

It has been a year and the COVID 19 has been with us. Many of didn't know how bad it was going to get. We had no idea that it would take so many lives and how many would test positive for it and get the sickness and how many would survive. We have finally come up with vaccines that would stem the pandemic and will we have next year? Let's hope not.

23,000,000 of us in the UK had it so far with no blood clots. I bet you as soon as the EU gets enough doses suddenly it will be safe again.

 

There have been some cases of blood clots but not statistically different to the number of cases seen for the phizer vaccine
