    What she's saying is that she doesn't measure people by what they do or what they are, only on their personality.

    Well there is a saying, that people tend towards those on the same end of the moral spectrum - which means of course that sociopaths like sociopaths.

    So, you spout off and have no evidence to back up your narrative. The definition of a Democrat. Tax accounting for oil and gas companies is analogous to that for all companies. All corporations are allowed to depreciate assets used in the generation of operating income. Democrats like to call depreciation in industries they don't like "subsidies".

    Last I looked, albeit several years ago, Exxon generated 75% of its profits on overseas production, paying tax where the profits were earned just like all corporations. Democrats like to announce the percent Exxon pays in US taxes against Exxon's global profits to enrage their base.

    The problem with Oil and Gas is not subsidies, it's gullible lefties.

    So, let me get this straight ... Harris takes a call from what she thinks is a young climate activist who says Trump intimidated her, and Harris tries to comfort the girl by talking about her own environmental plans, and you consider that to be colluding with Russians?

    One: Harris didn't know she was talking with Russians.

    Two: Harris did not use the conversation against Trump or anyone else.

    Your idea of colluding with foreign agents seems a bit different from most. That was very creative on your part, so points for that, but comforting what she thought was a young girl isn't exactly "dirty politics" by any definition I've ever heard. It just seems like desperation on your part to believe ill of the current nominee.

    Depends on the specifics. That type of subsidy has been going on for as long as I can remember. Not sure when it started. In any case, you'd need about 500 Progressives in Congress to pull off killing them.

    Not why I posted.

    The Feds have been involved in business since after the Civil War. They had to, now all countries do it. Not doing it would economic suicide.

    I doubt you will give up your fantasy, but that's all it is.

    Why would industries making money hand over fist need subsidies? Aside for protection from foreign competition, looking under "campaign contributions" might be enlightening.

    Of course there are those who deny man-made climate change ... who are known to be immune to facts and prefer to believe the 5 out of 100 experts who confirm them, rather than the 95 others who disprove them. As is well known, Trump is one of them ... and since he first terminated all of Obama's measures after he took office, it is time for the payback.

    If the DNC is corrupt here as you write ... then the RNC was / was just as corrupt then, eh?
