Countdown to the end of the world has begun.

When I get around to fixing the typo I will. In the mean time I consider it proof that it is being read. And what Strawman? When people tell me the ecological system will be better off without us it is my habit to point out that it wasn't always all that great before we got here. The planet seems to have periodically gone to great lengths to exterminate most of the creepy crawlies on its surface. At least the next time some big rock with our name on it shows up maybe we can destroy it or send it else where.

 

The plastic waste we are creating alone is having disastrous consequences around the globe. Do you really believe humans make the world a better place? Absurd

 

No I just believe we don't make it that much worse than what it has managed all on it's own. Should we do a better job of picking up after ourselves? Of course. But yelling about how we are destroying the planet is ludicrous.

But giving a **** means it would cut into profits. We see and hear thru the filter of our economic expectations.

 

Bleached coral where? South Pacific? Australia has already moved to reduce agricultural run off that produced a bumper crop of crown of thorns jellyfish that devastated parts of the great barrier reef. 1st picture again properly dispose of your trash. Third picture looks like a forest fire, can't be sure though. Most forest fires are produce by lightning strikes and we risk our lives putting the damn things out. Forest fires only require human intervention to put them out. You want to argue that we should execute bastards that purposefully start forest fires yeah I'll cheerfully climb on that band wagon. Picture four?. Be nice to know where that is. And when. And properly disposing of our trash would indeed fix that.
