nobody is affected there are hundreds of t-shirt printing businesses and go to any one of them. Refusing to serve people because they're gay or Asian or Jewish or whatever Hertz the business doing it the most.

nobody has to worry about discrimination at certain businesses just don't patronize those businesses. If you worry about it you should really get a life.

I happen to know what it's like I was fired from a job for being gay it was the best thing that ever happened to me I went and found another job with their competitor and was paid more.

Public accommodation laws run afoul of the XIII amendment.
But this applies to all people, not just homosexuals.

The boss said, I'm firing you because you're gay? What year was this?

Duh. The point was that your post here...

...is non-sequitur. Hate is not what makes something a crime. A crime is a crime, and if the crime was done to target a protected class, then they get to add on the extra label "hate crime". Yet your post clearly implies that the hate itself is the crime, and the only other way to interpret what you posted would be that you do indeed support crimes, just as long as they aren't hate crimes.

Bull. Conservatives want businesses to be free to do business with whom they choose.

Then why are you a calling this "religious freedom to discriminate laws?" You are arguing against a person's right to free association and self-determination.

Ok, you really don't have any room to criticize anyone's use of the English language.

And your ignorance of the law and the Constitution is, frankly, astonishing.

Because the laws do not eliminate public accommodation laws, they keep in place protections for Christians while allowing those same Christians to discriminate against a single minority group.

Eliminate public accommodation across the board

Yet they are not calling for the end of public accommodation laws, why is that?

    Yeah well...
any comments on my post 110? I guess not.

You really fail to understand things... lol.
I'm not ignorant of the constitution.
I'm saying the constitution should be rewritten when needed.
It's not the bible where you need to stick to it.
So stop treating it as religion.

Conservatives want businesses and the government to be free to discriminate.
So you end up in a world where a massive majority is able to make life hard for a total minority.
Liberals want people to be free without discrimination of business or government.

My boss told me the my services would no longer be needed and I asked why he told me he didn't want to be working around any homos this occured 2012. Keep in mind this was in Texas and his company was under 50 employees it was not subject to federal law.

Sorry, but leftists are not allowed to "rewrite" the Constitution , based on their political agenda, like they have tried to use the courts to do with special privileges for gays.
There are NO CONSTITUTIONAL PROTECTIONS for genital preference.

It can be AMENDED, and that's how Americans want it to stay.

    |No, but I give numerous other examples of the principle. Any comment on those?

    I concur.

refusing service to gay people is a crime or should be a crime.

refusing to post a specific gay friendly message on a t-shirt, but accepting posting a unrelated message on a t-shirt for a gay customer, should not be illegal.

    and probably isnt.

Refusing to make or perform a service for a gay event is not.
