    We can agree 55% is a majority an 48% is not.

    Of course, private media have the right to censor content as they see fit, and of course it is unconstitutional for federal and state governments to imprison or fine anyone for exercising their First Amendment right to publicly question the efficacy of the existing COVID-19 vaccines. Apples and accordions.

    Thanks, and we can see what the FCC is prohibited from doing, too.

    I have no problems with this guideline:

    The FCC is prohibited by law from engaging in censorship or infringing on First Amendment rights of the press. It is, however, illegal for broadcasters to intentionally distort the news.

    Although, it could be argued that the FCC allows networks to intentionally broadcast fake news all the time...

    Meh, this entire thread and OP were a mess from the get go... damn sorry I jumped in now...

    Social media seems to have some COVID misinformation handled and Faux News viewers will have to live with the rest...
