    Nope!

A child needs to first be educated in reading, writing and critical thinking skills before being turned loose on the internet and you have consistently failed to establish that all hardworking Americans have the means to provide their children with that essential education.

Yes, as I said, a child learns to read by being read to and by reading. After he can read, he can learn anything he wants to on the internet.

Your tacit concession has been duly noted for the record.

You have not provided any means for ALL children to obtain the necessary education they would need therefore that is a tacit concession. Feel free to provide the means whereby ALL children will receive that essential education. Failure to do so will be a de facto tacit concession.

All children that have parents that read to them can learn to read. After that, they can learn anything they want for free.

As I asked you earlier, if there is a subject you would like to learn, please let me know, and I can find an online source to get you started.

So now you are QUALIFYING your position which is yet another de facto concession since NOT all children have parents who have the TIME available to educate their children.

Yes, they all do have the time to teach their children to read. It takes about 20 minutes a day.

    :roflol:

You assume that all children are identical and capable of learning to read, write and gain critical thinking skills in the 20 minutes after supper when they are settling down in bed to go to sleep?

    :roflol:

You are also overlooking the children who require specialists who can detect visual, hearing and learning disabilities that parents are not trained to identify.

In essence your dystopian concept fails on all levels because children require the education that they obtain in public schools.

Yes, this is how children learn to read.
Starting a school for children with learning disabilities sounds like a noble cause.

As noted above the de facto tacit concession has been accepted.

Your tacit concession that parents have children when then are unable to properly care for them is noted.

How is sending their children to public schools to learn how to read, write and gain critical thinking skills a failure to care for them?

Need an option for “no, the concept has proven to be damaging to the world in a number of ways and should not be included in education at any level”.

Because they're not caring for them. They're using violence to force other people to care for them.

    WTF?

What parent threatens public school teachers demanding that they must teach their children to read, write and learn critical thinking skills?

I wonder if anyone realizes that home schooling has been proven via studies to be far superior to public schooling, and even out performs private schooling.

Since the Department of Education was formed under the Carter Administration the quality of public schooling as declined significantly.

And public schooling through high school does not teach critical thinking skills. That is the job of universities.

You're joking right? They're not using violence against the teachers. They're using violence against the people they want to pay for the teachers.

That sentence makes no sense and neither does your bogus allegation about "violence".

It is ILLEGAL to use violence against anyone else and if it was happening then charges would be filed.

This has veered wildly off track into something that does not exist in the real world.

Religion, like slavery and many other past beliefs should indeed be mentioned in a history class.

I find it hard to believe that you don't know this, but if you don't pay your school taxes, violence will happen to you.

I mean government agents will come to your house and you will get hurt by them.

That's what happens when you don't pay your taxes.
