In an article from the daily caller:

"A Department of Justice decision to grant immunity to Hillary Clinton’s top IT aide indicates officials are “considering potential criminal charges” against the former secretary of state or her aides, according to a source familiar with the investigation.
    ...
More than 2,000 emails containing classified information was sent to and from Clinton via the unsecured server that IT experts believe was almost certainly compromised by hackers working for foreign powers like Russia and China.
    ...
Lt. General Mike Flynn, President Barack Obama’s former Defense Intelligence Agency director, told TheDCNF February 10, that Clinton should leave the presidential race and step down as a candidate until the FBI investigation is closed.

”I think Hillary Clinton, for the good of the country, should step down and let this FBI investigation play out,” Flynn said."

Nixon resigned as standing president because of deleting 2 minutes of audio recording, while Hillary decides to run for president after deleting over 30,000 emails that she knew were involved in a federal investigation. Wow. I'm still stunned she ever made it this far.

I love Mark Levin, but Hillary or her last minute replacement will be easy to beat.

They say Donald Trump can't beat Hillary. Donald Duck could beat Hillary.

Even if she's not indicted....if the FBI recommends it and the DOJ doesn't indict, it will ruin her candidacy and rousing choruses of ding dong the wicked with is dead will be heard from every corner of this nation!

You think Librals care? They don't give a rats ass. Hell you could show them a video of Clinton saying "let the terrorist kill the Americans at Benghazi" and they would still find a way to defend her.

If as they say, the emails weren't classified when received and so she treated them as unclassified. How can they now deem them classified and say she had done something wrong? Isn't that like being clocked doing 60 in a 60 mph zone eight years ago, and then today they change the speed limit to 40 and say eight years ago you drove twenty miles an hour over the limit. Am I missing something?

    So what are the charges

Or will this investigation end the same as the 12 investigations into Benghazi

    From wiki:

...became publicly known that Hillary Clinton exclusively used her family's private email server for her official email communications while she was the United States Secretary of State, rather than using official State Department email accounts maintained on federal government servers...

A question, if I may - if Hillary, while exclusively using her home brewed server for all communication, did not sent or receive confidential communications, who did?

Sounds like she received no confidential communications at all during her stint as SOS... :wall:

Hilarity cares about her own good. I'm also stunned at her continuing success, or would be if I weren't so pessimistic about our political system and our propagandist media.

It's hard to believe that the government would even allow her to do that. Likewise as SOS to use her own server. I mean what is this, amateur hour?

It must be weird to run for president when your staff member has immunity to testify against you for the FBI.

Must feel like the Sword of Damocles hanging over your head.

Must be hard to concentrate on anything else. Probably make all kinds of mistakes and stuff.

If she's going down, Powell and Rice are going with her...

The State Department’s internal investigation arm issued a final memorandum today on the email practices of past and current secretaries of state, and it said definitively that past secretaries handled classified material on unclassified email systems.

The same claims were made in an early February memo when the State Department's inspector general first announced it was conducting a records review related to the email accounts of five secretaries of state -- Madeline Albright, Colin Powell, Condoleezza Rice,Hillary Clinton and John Kerry -- and their immediate staff.

After closely examining a number of potentially sensitive emails with help from State Department and Intelligence Community officials, the State Department's inspector general concluded that 12 emails contain “national security information classified at the Secret or Confidential levels.” Additionally, it was determined none of the emails contained intelligence information, meaning it was classified for other reasons.

The emails in question, as the inspector general has previously stated, came from Secretary Powell’s personal email account and personal email accounts of Secretary Rice’s immediate staff.

In a recent statements to ABC News, Powell disputed the claims.

"I have reviewed the messages and I do not see what makes them classified." Powell said. "The emails were from my Executive Assistant and forwarded messages sent by two of our Ambassadors to State Department staff members. My Executive Assistant thought I should see them in a timely manner so sent them to my personal account. Both messages were unclassified. There was no reason not to forward them in this manner. ... The Ambassadors did not believe the contents were Confidential at the time and they were sent as unclassified. That is a fact. While they have not yet clarified this point, the State Department cannot now say they were classified then because they weren’t. If the Department wishes to say a dozen years later they should have been classified that is an opinion of the Department that I do not share."

    Sounds disturbingly familiar, doesn't it?

Federal employees receive mandatory training on how to handle classified materials. The reason that Hillary parses her words and says "didn't send or receive anything marked classified" is because they copy/pasted a lot of it from secure networks.

This is probably what Lavrov thought when Hillary gave him the red button labeled "Overload" instead of "Reset". Amateur hour it is!

Hillary as Secretary of State had access to those documents and could store them as she wished. No law was broken.

Hackers have compromised the Pentagon, FBI and NSA servers. Being hacked by the Chinese is not a crime.

It is if those docs were outside of the control of the government. Search Chief Petty Officer Lyle White's recent conviction. There are recent similar convictions, and all share a similar thread with what hitlary has publicly admitted.
