    Which will not pass Constitutional muster when challenged. Do you really want the legislature to have such unlawful powers? No worries, when its used against Gillibrand or some other liberals you'll be calling for it to be repealed...

    You don't need tax returns for that, there are number of open to the public sources to see if a candidate would have a conflict of interest.
