Borat, I am trying to have a dialogue with you, please, once again, do not disrespect the swear filter, than boast that you do not care.

I am going to say nothing else to you until you can stop doing that.

    Thanks

LOL, here you go again, we've come full circle now. As I pointed out the support of Israel has never affected tourism or economy of other European/(and non-european) countries, including your own, the expectation that it will somehow hurt Czech Republic is absurd and nothing more than wishful thinking. Your pathetic one-man boycott will be as dead on arrival as your anti-Israel BDS movement...probably even deader. But by all means, give it a try and we shall see indeed:)

    The boycotting of Czech Republic government agencies will certainly now be a concern for the BDS movement. They've been warming up;

Borat, how are you coping with the recognition of the Palestinian State which you claim doesn't exist ?

If I were Czech, I would be cringing, to be honest.

Look at the stellar company they have picked. The terrorist state of Israel, it's golem the US, and six places that sound like a rash.

And yet the czech republic is one of the few European nations that have recognized the independence of the Palestinian state they have for more that twenty years.

I see the vote for a Palestinian State as nothing more than a furtherance in the dissolvment of the U.N. If the U.N. even exists today, it's only because it has the organizational abilities to respond to disasters. But then again how good is their response, after all it was the aid workers from Africa that brought cholera to Haiti after the earthquake? No doubt the American people will be asking Washington to withdraw its support and kick it out of NYC...once again.

As for tourism to Israel, I believe its the only place in the Middle East where Christians are free to visit the churches and holy places, so as long as the state of Israel exists, so will tourism.

Now that the Arab and Muslim controlled U.N. has shown the Jews that their lives are irrelevent, I wonder what the Israeli reaction will be? Homes for more settlers is probably the first step. Hmmm! I wonder if they'll knock down the Dome of the Rock? I hear the temple is almost ready? :chainsaw: It's strange the things people do when they are up against a wall. :confuse:

    Religious persecution, obviously. Duh!

Lucky we know for a fact that Israel are the good guys, otherwise it might be hard to tell...

I don't know what it is between Czech and Israel, but apparently they have been strong supporters for a very long time. Czechoslavakia broke arms embargoes to supply proto-Israel at independence. Under communist rule the official position was anti-Israel, a 180 degree turn-around. Since they regained independence pro-Zionsim seems to have had a resurgence.

It might be a throw-back to being a frontier Austro-Hungarian province against the Ottomans (and Prague had 25% Jewish population in 1700), or that most of their Jews fled to Palestine before Germany took over but perhaps retain cultural links, or a feeling that being anti-Israel was a forced position of a puppet tyranny so pro-Zionism is an expression of freedom, Perhaps a bit of everything.

Not that I wish to take sides with any hardliners in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict considering things like, were actions taken proportionate, disproportionate, provoked, unprovoked, before or after the cease-fire deadlines. However, this narrows down the list of countries who sent over a high-ranking diplomat who was then caught red-handed by the Canadian police doing pedophile, homosexual acts, but then in a swift diplomatic move the Harper government hushed out the matter and prevented leaks of details to the media.

I think we will eventually discover mafia-style connections between elements within the Czech ruling, political classes and their Zionist counterparts had a bearing on the Czech vote. Just a hunch.

Well, I picked up this story from the link below about a year and a half ago, but did not save the artcle. Perhaps if you contacted the website editor, he could refer you to a specific link. I just remember the said diplomat was told to leave Canada, but the story was covered over before it could cause any scandal.

You stop 100 people in the street.

What % do you suppose have heard of Marshall Islands, Palau, Nauru, and Micronesia?

What % do you suppose could comfortably point to them, on an atlas?

Does a place with 9,000 even seriously qualify for a full vote?

Also, why that region, what is it about there - do bilionaire Jews have money stashed there, or something?

Probably a combination of off-shore tax havens and US military bases. I've tried getting info about that. I'm sure something will come up soon enough.

Everything is relative and when the Jewish state is compared with a religious/political entity like Islam, which tolerates no faith other than its own, then in comparison Israel has to be the good guys. You do know of course that the General Assembly is predominantly Muslim, and that Israel is being continuously condemned, while the most murderous and genocidal 'states' are not?

Now tell me, how many times have you seen the media covering the burning of churches in Muslims lands? It happens everyday, but that's okay, Christians are just as irrevelent as Jews. :frustrated:

Generally I don't think any government can be classed as the 'good' guys. Or the 'bad' guys for that matter. They operate with a prerequisite for self-preservation and power centralisation. A population is required to in order accumulate legitimacy and a non-rioting population makes the process of governance more effective but when our might is right attitude & international double dealing necessitated the idea that governments were more able and wise than the community to deal with sensitive information and secrets, we surrendered transparency for shadows. From that comes mini-empires within administrations and low-profile special interests with no civilian mandate that drive the shape of policy.
I don't think any governments, Israeli, Palestinian, American, Iranian or Australian can be classed as 'good' guys...more's the pity.
