    joe30330, if there's all that energy, why is it your town hall meetings take place in strip malls?

    I mean, Bernie is correct - all the energy is on his side. Maybe not the votes, but yeah - he has the energy.

    Because the Vice Presidency is so trivial a thing that it should be given away like a carnival prize just to score points only with the sort of people who were already going to vote for you in the first place. Well, whoever he picks lets hope she uses a fragrant shampoo.

    If Biden wins he is picking Stacey Abrams.

    Her qualifications don’t matter.... She is a black women, & that is all he is looking for.

    She will also never accept defeat.

    I know that you believe immigration is a winning topic, but that theory got put to the test in 2018.

    Democrats won the house with a record breaking popular vote margin of victory.

    I also thought Abrams would be a solid VP pick. Plus her policy forte (Voter Rights and Voter Participation) complements well with either Biden or Bernie.

    Y'know - of the three guys there, the moderator has the best tie. I dunno why I notice these things - maybe because I almost always wear one at work.

    Biden's tie is kinda boring, and Sanders one is sorta meh, but workable.

    On the other hand, Biden has the better suit. Sanders jacket - he needs a better tailor.

    It did not get put to the test in 2018, and its a large part of why Trump is doing so well.

    You got to give Trump some credit.

    He was prescient enough to recognize the threat posed by Biden. Too bad he got himself impeached and will still face Biden anyways.

    Oh, I could cite more relevant metrics like the fact that ~390 seats got flipped in one election, but the popular vote margin of victory was record breaking and pretty easy to understand.

    And yes, Trump and the Republicans made immigration (i.e. the wall) and the supposed threat posed by illegals a central theme to pretty much every election campaign in 2018. What else were they going to run on? Sure as **** wasn't the Tax Cuts that no one bothered to talk about.

    It was the supposed to be a blue wave-it didn't pan out that way.

    Biden was supposed to bury Bernie tonight-Bernie supporters were supposed to "see the light".

    Im not sure that happened.
