I don't think Mueller is going to be around long enough to charge anyone. he's already hearing calls to recuse himself, and he should.

No, they're dead. The dead can't break the law, that's why the dead aren't being charged with fraud and the dimocrat is. They got caught before the election. It's still fraud.

Spieles worked for Harrisonburg Votes when he committed the crime, according to acting United States Attorney Rick A. Mountcastle.

Harrisonburg Votes is a political organization affiliated with the Democratic Party.

This is one of those cases where the definition used by people like this, differ from the rest of the world.
Sort of like Trump's definitions of words, differ from the rest of the world.

If I go into a car dealer at 2 am, hot wire a car and drive it away.
I didn't steal it. They gave it to me.

He's a friend of Comeys. This would be enough to get you kicked off a jury in a smaller setting, not sure why it would be any different here. Also his team appears stacked with Democrats.
Just doesn't look impartial, rather it looks exactly like the kind of Witch hunt that the President is calling it.

You're absolutely right. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse. And he is going to pay the price for what he did.

But the poster's point was correct. These kids are getting paid by the registration. He did it to pad his numbers. And now he's paying a big (and deserved) penalty for that.

Did any of these "dead" people actually vote? There is a record of who shows up to vote. They can look at those 18 names and know for sure.

Except he's a republican who's served presidents of both parties. Being former colleagues doesn't make them friends. Rosenstein knew all this when he hired him.

We'll see. I'm betting Rosenstein and Mueller both go, there aren't enough people like yourself willing to put all that aside and hope for credibility. To the average person, this looks like a sham... just the latest attempt from the angry, defeated left.

    Witch Hunt.

No none of the Dead voted.....more than likely because they are dead and they caught this before any dead showed up to vote.

He fought in World War II. He died in 2014. And he just registered to vote in Va.....
    September 29, 2016 <<<<<

One case came to light after relatives of a deceased man received a note congratulating him for registering, Rockingham County Commonwealth’s Attorney Marsha Garst said Thursday.

“His family members were very distraught,” said Garst, who confirmed the existence of the FBI and police investigation but said she could provide few details because the case is ongoing.

All 19 were initially registered as voters in the Shenandoah Valley city of Harrisonburg, although a clerk double-checking the entries later raised questions about one. She recognized the name of Richard Allen Claybrook Sr., who died in 2014 at age 87, because his son is a well-known local judge. She happened to recall that the judge’s father had died.

“He was a retired Fairfax County elementary school principal and had fought in World War II,” said his son, retired Harrisonburg General District Court Judge Richard Allen Claybrook Jr. “So our family is very disgusted that they would pick his name, because he was such a law-abiding citizen devoted to public service.”.....snip~

What.....the leftness and left leaning acts like the dead hasn't voted or something? Save that BS and Check that Demo History in Chicago.

Where the dead did vote. Where the Demos did get caught. Got convicted. So quit trying to play like it never took place. Then check that lame excuse of......well did the Dead vote. Its still voter fraud.

    How do you know that?

It isn't as if Crackpot Noise Services is a reliable source. If this story was totally accurate, TownHall would have picked a credible source.

From a reliable source, we see this:

"Spieles told investigators he fabricated the applications to help a co-worker hit a registration “quota,” according to court documents.

There is no indication any fraudulent votes were cast as a result of the improper registrations."

    http://www.richmond.com/news/virgin...cle_577ec944-75ad-58d8-b706-d658c186cd57.html

On the other hand, GOP operatives have been caught in the same state doing the same thing with full political intent.

I've worked the VAN and had walk sheets. But they have always been of registered voters who voted in recent elections. correct

I never worked them in a registration drive. Knocking on doors to register people to vote is a pretty ineffecient way to do business.

It really is sad to see right wingers demonstrate their total ignorance of how voter registration works, how voting law works, and rant and rave about things that their own party does, while not admitting it.
