Abbott never stopped abortions. The medical community refuses to do them except for a fringe group of doctors.
Abbott agreed to the law with time limits. She still can use the pill and she can have the abortion. I bet TX also has the victims law that pays the woman's doctor for the abortion.

It is not me you must work on. It is Americans hundreds of thousands of doctors who refuse to do abortions.

The question isn’t “would they become an abortion doctor” but “if they do not perform abortions themselves would they refer a patient to a provider

the answer is 65% would do so. I think that is possibly higher in other countries which are not so religious
