Democrats have avoided discussing policy. Yes, this election IS about Biden.

Congress has been functioning in an irresponsible manner for decades. It has handed over to the President far too much authority. This is the result of the total dedication of the voting populace to a ridiculous concept of dualistic politics. Almost everyone is now convinced that everything divides along right and left, conservative and liberal (all of which terms are woefully misunderstood). Until that gets resolved, meaning that people start to use their brains as well as their 'gut', the duopoly will continue in its disastrous power.
