As we have over 100 million working age Americans refusing to take any of the 11 million available jobs, we need immigrants who will work far more than they need us.

If they arrested, convicted and imprisoned the EMPLOYER (and everyone in HR), the whole rinse/repeat cycle would end. Stop punching down.

    https://www.cato.org/blog/fairs-fiscal-burden-illegal-immigration-study-fatally-flawed

FAIR’s “Fiscal Burden of Illegal Immigration” Study Is Fatally Flawed

The Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) is devoted to reducing legal and illegal immigration. Its recent report, “The Fiscal Burden of Illegal Immigration on United States Taxpayers (2017)” by Matthew O’Brien, Spencer Raley, and Jack Martin, estimates that the net fiscal costs of illegal immigration to U.S. taxpayers is $116 billion. FAIR’s report reaches that conclusion by vastly overstating the costs of illegal immigration, undercounting the tax revenue they generate, inflating the number of illegal immigrants, counting millions of U.S. citizens as illegal immigrants, and by concocting a method of estimating the fiscal costs that is rejected by all economists who work on this subject.

    FAIR’s Errors

Merely using the correct numbers when it comes to the actual size of the illegal immigrant population, the correct tax rates, and the effect of immigrants on property values lowers the net fiscal cost by 87 percent to 97 percent, down to $15.6 billion or $3.3 billion, respectively.

I too grew up a moderate Democrat. My first time voting was for Kennedy. I stayed a Democrat all through Jimmy Carter. It was Carter who made me change to Reagan with high inflation and interest rates. Also his deregulation really killed thousands of union jobs. I stayed a Republican till Ross Perot ran against Bush and Clinton. I was strictly against NAFTA and believed Perot when he said a giant sucking sound will suck good paying jobs right out of the country if NAFTA passed and he was right it did. I then voted Democrat again in Clinton's second term. But again I didn't like the trade with China either. I then switched to Bush and been a Republican ever sense. I had thoughts of going back to a Democrat, but was going to wait to see what Obama did in his first term. That and the nuts who took over the Democratic Party convinced me this is not the Party of my Father or Kennedy. I no longer recognize it. I want no part of it now.

Yep. To those yammering about illegals paying state and federal taxes, they do. Every time they fill up their gas tank or buy liquor. So ****ing what. And they file tax returns! How some may ask? They get a tax number (not a SSN). With an Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN) or EIN, they conjure up fake returns. How many fake kids (think child tax credit) will an illegal submit? Who knows and do you think they care? They're illegals in the first place! They may pay in a couple of thousand and get back 15 thousand. Are they paying taxes when it's a net 13K negative? Uh, no. And no amount of filled fuel tanks and empty liquor bottles makes up the difference.

They need to be rounded up and deported with no no no possible way of returning, either legally or illegally.

EDIT::: SEE ABOVE POST BY @Marine1 ....this is what I was talking about! Watch the video!

It's the goal of all First World Leftist Govts, to expand the dependent underclass and reduce private property.

    LEGAL immigrants.

Or you could just refuse to give them any more Govt cheese. They'll be hungry enough to take those jobs within a month.

It's not about "saving people". It's about retaining control of the office by loading up the country with uneducated voters. Not stupid people, but people who haven't a clue about what important issues to vote on. And why would they? They are fleeing a place that's horrible and not ideal.

So they get their Biden t-shirts and their entry and promise from the blue that they get to stay regardless and boom! you got yourself another vote!

We do need immigrants to do some jobs Americans won't do. But they don't have to be illegal. We can be like many other countries and bring them in on a work permit of 1-5 years. Then they go home and we bring in new ones. But for some reason this new progressive Democratic Party believes they have to be illegal and we should make them permanent. Couldn't possibly be for future Democratic voters could it?

I suppose we should all sit here holding our breath waiting on you to prove this right?

The average inmate pays more taxes than an illegal immigrant

I've seen that video before. It among many others is the reason why I believe that illegals have no problem voting in our elections. And that none of the elites wants it actually proven.

    Interesting.

I grew up in a strongly conservative family. My dad was ultra-conservative. So naturally, when I was young, I thought everything Republican was right, and everything Democrat was wrong. Now 66 years old, my political journey has left me as an Independent who is conservative on some things and moderate on others. I have always voted for Republicans for president, but I made an exception in 2020. I live in Oregon, so I know that my vote for a Republican for president will not count. So in 2020 I switched from Independent to Democrat so I could vote in the Democratic presidential primary. For the first time in my lifetime there was a Democrat that I wanted to support. I voted for Tulsi Gabbard in the primary.

There are things about Republicans I don't like. And the Democrats are off their rockers of late. So I remain an Independent.

you must be right! professors cloward and piven published their strategy (informing americans of their benefits and insisting upon funding for all) in the nation in 1966. their research was obviously based on saul alinsky's 1971 best seller "rules for radicals" because alinsky sent them a signed copy through the socialist time machine.

alinsky's book was rightly hated by all real americans because it advised young americans who were working on the 1972 election (mcgovern) to get haircuts and wear ties.

What risk? There is no way to determine the citizenship of the person voting.
