    The recipient of the procedure has to make it perfectly clear where they want the extra appendage attached. As there are already enough of them running around in the government. You know, attached to their foreheads, that kind of thing.

    I assume that most people want to enjoy as much happiness in their life as possible so what good does it do to fret about what you don't have?
    Additionally, I don't know how you could objectively measure the quality of sex experienced by someone who has been circumcised compared to someone who has not..... an Acme Orgasm-meter?
