not sure why you modified my post, made me quote my own words and deleted part of it

the media reported Trump's tweets, that is all on Trump -

Trump supported the butchering of a journalist all to distract from his daughter using personal email - Trump was a sick man

    https://www.theguardian.com/us-news...l-possible-to-be-shocked-by-trumps-presidency

"He defended Saudi Arabia over the slaughter of dissident and Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi as a wheeze to distract attention from a minor scandal involving his daughter Ivanka’s use of a private email account. And that are just the first scrapings from Bolton’s account"

that has long been proved fake news

the IRS flagged groups with political sounding names for tax statuses that were not allowed to be political

you name your group "tea party" this or "tea party" that, you're gonna get flagged as being a potential political group and set aside for more scrutiny

that is true of dem groups and repub groups... just common sense

I just took your lead statement and shined a light on the hypocrisy.
As that was there to justify the rest of the balderdash you painted with the same brush, nothing else was needed.
IF you can't see the sins of your own side, why should you be allowed to complain about anybody else's?

Looked back; I don't see why you would think I thought you were quoting anyone else; I was only quoting you.

So then why was it only conservative groups which were caught up in it?

She was in jail for 85 days until she finally broke and was forced to testify.

They threatened Rosen and his family.

    it wasn't

it was the groups with tea party i their name that complain the loudest

but they did not qualify for the tax breaks as they were a political group

You think that it was exclusively groups with "tea party" in their name?

that was the ones complaining, there was many on the left and the right that were set aside for closer review because they had political sounding names

The scrutiny that groups on the left received did not amount to 'targeting' when compared to the greater scrutiny received by conservative groups/

the IRS always does this, it's common sense, it effects both the left and the right when a group is stupid enough to use a political sounding name

political groups did not qualify, so if your name sounds political, you're going to be set aside for more scrutiny

the fact that you're calling them Republican or Democrat groups, pretty much means even you think they were political groups - lol

you said they the IRS was going after Conservative groups... but if they were not political, that would not be the case

    you said....
"The scrutiny that groups on the left received did not amount to 'targeting' when compared to the greater scrutiny received by conservative groups/"

He tried to contribute more money than is legally allowed. That's generally what campaign finance laws are intended to prevent.
