Do people here really not know what Colin Kaepernick is protesting?

Obviously Blacks are not getting to the right Racist ... don’t worry, it’s getting better. Right now they’re segregated to hiding on Internet Forms where their Racistim is protected by like minded cowards.

There are a number of reasons for that including economic ones (the poor always end up in prison and blacks are poorer than the general population) and unequal enforcement. Blacks are pulled over and stop and frisked" at much higher rates...they are charged with more serious offenses for the same actions, they are given harsher sentences for the same crimes etc.

But more importantly...that not an excuse for killing unarmed people

And you see the enforcement of this "horrific crime" as a good use of public safety resources AND a good reason to kill someone who doesn't "comply" as quickly and completely as this obviously hyped up officer decided was necessary?

You're missing the point... the point is nobody cared what he was protesting, all they cared about was his disrespecting the flag and the anthem while he was at work. All the fans wanted to do was watch football, they didn't want a dose of political grandstanding with their entertainment. Now you tell us why they were wrong.

So any time you break the law (or are suspected of breaking the law) you have the possibility of being killed by the state?

What county do YOU live in?

By the way...Philo Castillo was killed for a broken tail light. The white woman in Minnesota was killed for banging on a cop car...after calling the police herself.

What law did Tamir Rice break? He was killed for having a toy gun in an open carry state.

And then there was the black guy killed in a Walmart for having a toy gun in his hand....in the toy aisle...

So your answer is to defang and hamstring cops so they become nothing more than glorified security guards, while thugs, gangbangers, and other assorted criminals, who you support, can go around and commit crime?

I am sorry to report that I never saw police brutality at football games. i used to be a loyal ticket holder seasons tickets. I went back to the 49ers when Al Davis decided he wanted more money and felt he could get fan loyalty anywhere.

Yes I saw fights at Raider games. But guess who did the fighting? Sorry bub, but the white fans did not waste time fighting.

    Guess who was fighting?

i never saw police injustice at 49er games. Though i was no season ticket holder, I am still loyal to that team but the current owners have me thinking about that too. They hired Kaepernick to play football. Not be a social justice warrior during the playing of the Anthem. When was he so involved being a social justice warrior off field?

The anthem is not merely a song. It is devoted to our military and the defeat of England.

is there something you see in our captured troops as especially honorable?

I too gasped for air when Trump attacked McCain. But hell did you vote for McCain who had attacked the military record of a president who served? Bergdahl must be your hero if you enjoy captured troops that much.

I never hear of honest blacks being treated poorly by police. Do you claim as you drove down a road, you were treated unfairly by the cops. Heck, when I was a teen driver I too thought Cops treated me unfairly. I had twin very loud tailpipes. How dare the cops stop me and force me to gun my engine to make sure it was super loud. And do it next to a steel fence of a drive in theater to further claim how loud it was? But they did it to all drivers.

How did I handle the cops? I made a friend of a California highway patrolman. He went from almost jailing me to not even giving me a ticket. And what else? I was so nice to him he took care of my tickets. I did not know a cop can go to a judge and get the ticket dropped but he handled a good number of tickets for me. I can't admit on this forum what favors I did for him, but he appreciated them. It involved property he wanted.

Sorry to offend but .. your claim was simplistic. I am not calling you simple. Saying that your arguement simplistic means simply that it was ... simplistic. Not sure how to say it any differently. Further .. you did not give any justification or rational for why you think your claim should be accepted as true so it is not really an argument.

An argument consists of 2 things. 1) statement of claim 2) some kind of evidence, justification, for why that claim is true.

I am not offended that you say "your logic is flawed". It is however an offense to logic that you would make this claim without justification.

    You said
You are blaming all individuals for the actions of some individuals. The discussion was about law .. and in particular bad law.

Are you responsible for bad law ? Am I ? I don't think so. But you are part of "the people". Some people are responsible for bad law.
Those people are the "Establishment". Average Joe has nothing to do with bad law. Average Joe is subject to laws that he had no part in creating.

Don't blame me for your "Appeal to Authority" fallacy. Any fool can say "there is some book out there that refutes your argument" in response to any debate on here.

It is up to you to prove your claim. Telling someone to go to a library and read some book (a book you probably did not understand) is not proof of anything.

Sorry but, name calling and demonization is not proof of claim. I gave you statistics and evidence that refutes your claim. I understand that this upsets you but shooting the messenger, will not change the message.

    1) The coroner called his death a homicide due to asphyxiation.
    2) The Officer used a choke technique that was banned.

The fact that the fellow did not comply does not justify using a banned technique ... especially given there were a whole bunch of other officers and the officer was not being threatened.

What is elusive to me is why you are so desperate to apologize for bad cops.

You provided nothing. And continue on in ignorance. But that's what lib progs do when facts conflict with their false narratives.

Apparently, that's not the only thing that matters to the fans. Now, since you jumped in here, you tell me why they are wrong.

I did ... and I found the truth and provided you with statistics and links showing that my claim was true.

Your claim however is 1) not backed up by anything other than nonsensical logical fallacy 2) is refuted by the statistics and evidence provided.

You are the one stating falsehoods. I provided you with reference statistics and links. Sorry of this evidence refutes your claim for which you have provided no non fallacious support. Your "there is a book out there that agree's with me" silliness is not support for anything. It is laughable nonsense. Not only do you not provide any statistics from this book .. you do not even give an arguments from this book.

Then you cry and whine and name call when I point out that you have provided no support for your claim.
