Bush won reelction and the American left went berserk. They went after him with hammer and tongs with murder in their eyes. If Bama is reelected the American right will do the same thing.

The American left ruined Bush's second term. The American right will ruin Bama's second term if he is reelected.

    What goes around comes around.

Obama will win by a landslide. This forum has absolutely not one iota of the actual voting demographics. Neocons galore like to dream themselves "modern folks" with WWW technology that is years and years quite old now.

You are evidently unaware that b.o. the idiot, started out with a 65% approval rate. In less than one year that fell to below 50%. It has never gone above 50% since then.

Unemployment is higher than when he started 7.8% to 6.5%

While he constantly LIES about jobs created, the govt Bureau of Labor Statistics says the nation has LOST 1,600,000 jobs under obama.
The GDP is all but flat.

Housing sales for 2011 were the worst in 50 YEARS. Worse than any year under Bush, worse than b.o.'s first year. Worse than b.o.'s second year.

Only liberals hiding their heads in caves are unaware of these FACTS. The majority of the nation and the well over 21 million people that applied for NEW unemployment claims last year are very aware of just how bad b.o. has failed. His total failure is unprecedented in any large country, maybe any small country too.

If Mitt is the nominee then Obama wins. Here is why.

Fair or not, for most people, they blame the bad economy is blame on Wall Street.

Who is Mitt? A Wall Street insider who destroys jobs in order to save the company. His favorite expression is "your fired." He makes $10,000 dollar bets. And he hides money in the Cayman Islands.

Politics wise he is a worst mess. He has yet to win a primary. He never gets above 40% of the primary votes. The other 60% vote for the other candidates. That means that the Republican base does not want him. Will they vote for Mitt when election time comes. Also, he is not credible because he invented Obamacare and then goes around the country saying it's a bad idea.

In the end, Obama will paint Mitt as a Wall Street insider. They very type of guy who put the US economy into the tank. He will paint Mitt as out of touch. Obama and his 1 billion dollars that he has to spend will paint Mitt as a guy who can't be trusted with the US economy.

Obama will win. Negative ads work. Just ask Newt Gingrich.

IF negative ads work, and evidently they DO. Then obama's failure in office is the greatest negative ad ever written. Probably the greatest negative ad that ever will be written.

Jon Voight has endorsed Romney, soon to follow will be his daughter as she has backed-off supporting Obama. Gov. Bob McDonnell of Virginia also endorses him. Former Gov. John Sununu, (R-N.H.) also a supporter. Former astronauts Bob Crippen and Gene Cernan support him as well as former NASA administrator Mike Griffin along with Scott Pace (now head of George Washington University’s Space Policy Institute). Tim Pawlenty, a former candidate himself also an endorser. And also U.S. Sen. Rob Portman of Ohio. This is a small list because I just don't want to fill the page, but Romney, to some peoples chagrin, will be the nominee for the GOP and all he has to do (besides fighting the billion dollars Obama has for ads) is attack Obama's pitiful record.

So in what alternate reality did these things happen?

Please describe exactly what this "berserk" behavior was, who did it, and how it affected Bush.

For example, when Nancy Pelosi stated "impeachment is off the table", was that an example of berserk leftist behavior?

Of course President Obama will be re-elected. He has passed an amazing amount of Legislation even with Republicans pulling out the stops to shut down the Govt. Dont ask dont tell. Health Care, amazing regulation on banks and finacial institutions. Forcing credit companies to put their rates into plain speak, returning american made cars to the best selling cars in the world, all while lovering taxes for every tax bracket. More importanly though restoring the worlds faith in our economy. Now, starting to lower the unemployement rate, and adding jobs en mass. Even with the obstructionists in the House he has done a just purely amazing job all thinkgs being equal. could he have done better sure. Is the Economy turning around YES. A (*)(*)(*)(*) hard thing to do in 4 years. He must be re-elected. Please dont cite political BS in reply if you dont have facts to back up your antics dont bother. Oh did I mention he has according to the GAO added only 1.6 trillion to the debt in our turnaround, The GAO accounts Bush for 5 trillion and Reagan for over time 2 trillion. Of course if you look at the econic history of the US over the last 100 years the according to the GAO republicans run up debt then dems bail em out and recover the economy. DUH

I remember watching my team Liverpool FC draw 1-1 (that a "tie" to you yanks) with local rivals Everton FC at Goodison Park, Everton's ground.

An Everton fan turned to us and said "I'm not being funny mate but that was the worst performance I have ever seen from a Liverpool team".

My buddy, quick as mustard countered: "I agree. You are right. It was terrible. And you still couldn't win, could ya?"

A bit like US politics today. How bad is Obama? It's Carteresque. But the GOP still won't win.

There are lots of rich leftists, moochers and dependent people in America. Obama may be able to win because of such people.

HOW will you "vote Paul?" He will NOT be a candidate in the general election. Do you mean you intend to shirk your patriotic duty to vote because your #1 choice isn't available on the ballot?
You have a free choice to champion whomever you wish. But at election time, you also have a duty to do what is the best you can do for the nation. Freedom comes with duty.

Intrade has probability at 60.5%. I don't believe its right to bet on elections so I don't participate in this market.

I think the price is an underestimate by about 10% based on current polls and news. Maybe I am wrong because it is an event I wish to occur but I'm trying not to let my wishes influence my judgment of the probability.

Maybe Paul will split the Right wing vote. Maybe this is a prediction he will stand as an independent if Romney gets the nod.

6-4 on, as odds that Obama will win are not bad odds (bet 6, win 4 plus your six back). Bookies generally know.

Paddy Power has Obama at 8/15, which is 7.5 to 4 on, so worse odds than you have. But it shows that the bookies think Obama is a shoe-in. Well, they don't always get it right (just usually). Romney's at 2-1. Fair odds.

Funnily enough it has Newt at 40/1 (against Santorum at 16/1), which is only slightly better than "Hilary Clinton" at 50/1! For Hilary to make it Barack would have to step down, so that shows you what they think of Newt's chances.

Come to think of it, do you think Paddy's onto something by accident here? Is 50-1 a good bet that Obama could get sick of it all and just decide not to run? I mean he's done the first black president thing and has pretty much run out of steam.

Imagine: Hilary runs and... Slick Willie is back in the White House...:worship::clap::clap:

Just imagine the apoplexy from conservatives on this forum...ROTFLMAO

That didn't half cheer me up!

We can but dream! May just have a quid on her.

Paul will be sitting at home in long overdue retirement by the time a Nominee is named in Tampa.
