I remember a lesson I learned from Business Law about what a contract is. It takes an offer and an acceptance. It looks to me that the orangutan "joke" met this criteria. I wonder if they took jokes into consideration when they wrote the law. Sorry but there is nothing here. Trump has no case and this whole thing is silly. Trump will lose if the case hasn't already been tossed out.
I think you are right but oh if only the case were to go to trial- having Maher and Trump on the stands would be much more entertaining than the Apprentice.
