You mean like on John McCain....“He’s not a war hero,” said Trump. “He was a war hero because he was captured. I like people who weren’t captured.” At a press availability following his remarks, Trump denied saying that McCain isn’t a war hero.
Not exaggerating that is what you are claiming he did and yes it should be dismissed out of hand. Trump has no obligation to apologize for anything he should be getting the apologies for the false narrative.
I'm claiming "Trump called up a widow to go NAH NAH NAH he shouldn't have volunteer" is an absurd exaggeration, per usual. There were at least three people listening in on the call and you dismiss their criticism of the call and call them liars. Instead you believe a known liar for partisan purposes. What would Mr. T say? And I do.
THAT's what you are saying he did........what's exaggerated. If that is NOT what you are saying and you agree with me as to what he said then what is your complaint about it?
His mouth is his worst enemy and opens him up for people to assign such intentions on him. But it's all the Dems/Left have to go after him they can't deal with actual issues. Just listen to Biden's speech starting off his campaign, all TRUMP and MAGA and "I am the only one who can save the DEMOCRACY".
I total blunder on his part and I believe if you look back you will find I was the OP on the thread attacking him for it and even predicted it would end his candidacy.
I watched most of that speech, it was classic Biden. Self righteous anger and indignation has always been what he does best.
Uh, that is not what I said. What I did do was quote the witnesses present and then you come up with hyperbolic nonsense and agree with Trump that they are liars. It seems you are unable to have an objective opinion.....now what's that called? A history of being wrong....but I used that to illustrate Trump making a statement that was controversial, then immediately saying he never said it. It is a pattern with him. A pathological liar you trust. And Trump's speeches are self-righteous anger, playing the victim, getting revenge, and indignation.
