Shakespeare has an often quoted phrase for your stories. I told every Trump supporter on this site during their support for Trump's inexcusable behavior I would remind them about who they were defending.

Still tired of winning. BTW, Trump still has GA to deal with.

No tax violations that I can see. No RICO act violations, a fantasy legal argument here. And no "influence peddling" either. The trifecta of missing on all points.

Should I be surprised by the fact that the "response" was completely incoherent?

the Big guy could be anyone, including his former partner. It is not the first time a person tries to direct law enforcement to another person when that person is guilty as hell.

Trump no longer has his legal protection, and now even those Republicans that he screwed are going to be gunning for him.

It's Trump's bed, he made it.

yes, present certain facts and ignore a whole bunch of others that could determine the outcome. Kinda like what Durham did and why he lost each time.

Not as bad as the sex scandal of Thomas Jefferson right? In those days, white men of influence kept their affairs of slaves an open secret since no one in those days beleived a black slave was a person, legally.

Nope since I'm still waiting for Hillary Clinton to get locked up. Take it from me and don't hold your breath waiting for Trump to get locked up.

Do you know exactly what the process is for a president to declassify information? Can you show me where it is written? I'm talking about the president and not anyone else.

Seeing as this proves you didn't read my post . . . Hint: try reading again. Slowly this time. Go syllable by syllable if that's what it takes for basic reading comprehension: retaining these documents would be illegal even if they were declassified. Read. Learn. But I guess we wouldn't still have Trump supporters if they could accomplish that much.

Prosecutor's are only allowed one bite, at any particular criminal act. So they must be sure of what charges they can prove, beyond a reasonable doubt. Even if some offense can technically be charged, the investigation will define the full scope of indictable crimes. Some of these, are contingent upon a person's intent, which requires ample evidence, in order to convict.

What Trump did was commit felonies.

Keep defending him, like I said, Trump still has to deal with GA.

What crimes did he commit out of office? Right wing media said he did business with China, but how would that be illegal?

Oh, thats now the new excuse now
    :roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol:

Seems you have been digging up new excuses for reasons why Trump hasn't been indicted for years now.

Oh, for heaven's sake! You actually took the time to disagree with a post by taking it literally? Of course nobody is ever 100% sure. Not even Quantum Mechanics is 100% sure. It's a figure of speech!

I don't know who'll make the decision. But the special prosecutor will be the one to do the prosecution. So if HE says there is nothing to prosecute, that will be the end of that. Garland has to be 99.999999% sure, in his heart of hearts (would that pre-empt your strawman?) that the special prosecutor won't say that.

And how can he be so sure? Because he already KNOWS there is evidence. But he needs an independent source to come to the same conclusion independently.
