The tape is the most damning thing on Trump, and actually it'll be the thing the defense should fight the most to get excluded. I don't know the specific laws on tape recording(hello watergate 2.0) and I read in the indictment that he was consensually aware that he was being taped, but does that mean he would presume to lose confidentiality of the tape?

Like the whole 'revenge porn' thing kind of comes into play. If I sent someone nudes, it was for them to see. It was never for them to publicize. That sort of deal.

we know the docs were there, we know why the search warrant was issued, to get the docs....

 

Except that Trump claims an ongoing right to possess the documents, packed them up when he moved out of the WH, had DOZENS OF BOXES, refused to give them back when asked nicely, hid them, didn't honor a gj subpoena, lied about doing so, shared them illegally and is likely still hiding documents. Otherwise, they're exactly alike!

 

The investigation was opened in 2017–DC, NYC, Little Rock offices of FBI—subpoenas went out in 2018, Little Rock office closed case Jan, 2021.

He most definitely went after Clinton, but it was fruitless.

What was lacking in his explanation? I think it’s clear that nothing would be gained at this point but much could be lost. The recovery of classified documents HAS been documented, what could be better proof of the validity of the search warrant? It doesn’t seem to me that a reasonable person would suspect deviousness on the part of the DOJ or NARA. Especially when it’s pretty obvious that any attempted deviousness was tRaitor tRump”s.

It hasn’t been released. Garland gave good reason and cause for not releasing it. TRaitor tRump’s indictment is proof that the warrant was, well … warranted.

Yes AS I SAID that is what may cause him some problems but since no prosecutor would bring such a charge of exposing classified information. His private residency is protected by the Secret Service. Hillary's server was completely wide open the first three months and then a bare minimum of security that could easily be over come and completely illegal so let's apply the same punishment to Trump as she received deal?
