Yeah we never got used to self critique or self awareness.

 

NEITHER of those two entities required full blown wars. That was the doing of the Neocons.

War is total and absolute, and ANY action is excusable?

 

Pretty much. They have the sort of worldview that made the world wars so bloody.

 

Yet it was full on wars that took care of them.

1/2 wars like Vietnam are the ones we lose.

Had Johnson gone for uncle Ho's throat the Vietnam war would have been short with a lot less suffering and that falls fully on liberals.

And we pretty much created the power vacuum for them to exist in the first place.
