Well, that was the quote from the article. But you're right. The Russia-Trump collusion was a big attack on our democracy. But this one is worse.

That was a huge assault on our judicial system. Everything that Trump touches dies... or, at least, becomes heavily tarnished. The ones you mention are two examples.

Read the OP. I said he's not. But he showed that it is possible. Only reason Trump couldn't do it is that he's too dumb. But somebody with more brains might accomplish it. We now know that there is a large enough core base of voters who would mindlessly follow a false idol. This time their "idol" didn't come through. But who's to know if the next one won't learn from this... probably the darkest period in our history since the Civil War. Looks like it's over. But those who gave up patriotism to follow a "prophet" are still out there. I'm sure that eventually somebody will again try to take advantage of this huge weakness in our nation's character.

He's not that bad... I know there were better options. But he'll do ok.

They are contesting the election since when is that anti-democratic, was Gore acting anti-democratic when he took it to court? The rest of my post thoroughly refuted yours, your inability to counter noted again.

Do you disagree that every legal vote should be counted and every illegal voted discarded?

And here is how Democracy dies. When the party in power loses and they hatch a plot to falsely accuse the opposition of treasonous acts, begins to use the power of our law enforcement and intelligence to spy on them and then bring phony charges using phony evidence and fake investigations in order to get them removed in a political coup and supports outside violence and threats to the citizens who politically oppose them that is how Democracy dies. Guess which side that is.

They are not contesting the election. They just want the courts to throw out the votes and appoint Trump. His legal team has openly said so.

    http://www.politicalforum.com/index...tegy-just-give-the-elections-to-trump.581526/

Today in PA a judge pretty much caught them doing exactly that and threw out the case. With prejudice...

And has gone of for 4 years how she really won and Trump is illegitimate. How many days did it take for Gore to concede after he rescinded his first? And to this day the Dems claim he didn't really win and was illigetimate.

Gore took it to Court over 537 votes (in one state) that decided the Election.

Any comparison of 2020 to 2000 is completely beyond misguided.
    ^And, Everybody KNOWS That.

Trump is essentially basing his "case" for "fraud" on:

"Something, something, some guy on the internet, Bigfoot, vote dumps, Dominion, something"

^That sort of thing might get somebody a few retweets on the internet, and a few likes at a Conspiracy Forum:
BUT, as was evidenced today in PA, it is the sort of stuff that is destined to be Laughed out of Court.
    It is what it is.:salute:

Gore was awaiting a recount of 400 or so votes! Lol not tens of thousands. And Hillary never held up trumps transition or delayed conceding. When did she say she really won??
Of course he won, but it’s indisputable he had help.

You mean the one which is a perfectly constitutional legal process just like in 2000? :roflol:

If there was no actual fraud, why the hell would it matter how "real" the attorneys are? Unless you mean that REAL attorneys could find significant fraud!

As in, judges who you disagree with! :roflol:

    Nice fantasy! :roflol:

It's a bit more understandable that you may delay concession when you win, like Gore did. Trump lost everything. The electoral college and the vote. By a lot! This wasn't even close.

There was the machine recount and he lost, so he took it to court over tabulation errors, he lost, so he took it to the FSC and ask them to order selective recounts, counties he wanted recount by hand even thought the FSC had no authority to order them, it went to the SCOTUS and they ordered the FSC to stop them and show them where they had the authority to order such recounts, they could not show and the SCOTUS ordered it halted. Gore took THIRY SEVEN DAYS. Hillary had no grounds to contest it, she found no places to do so and to this day continue to claim she really won. And all the while the Obama administration was working with the Clinton campaign the DNC and their foreign agents to falsely deny Trump the election and then to try and make so he would not be sworn in and then to remove him.

So you and the Dems and leftist have little ground to stand on and demand Trump stop his LEGAL challenges.

Gore never won and held up conceding for 37 days. So calm down and hold your horses.

    Once again

Gore won the popular vote. After 37 days we didn't know who won the electoral vote. To this day we don't know. But Gore conceded anyway. This time we do know. And Trump's attorneys aren't even disputing that fact. They just want the votes thrown out because... well... just because....

Any attempt to compare the two is absolutely ridiculous.

    Trump lost both votes. Relevant.

Gore had a leg to stand on..he actually had more votes, so did Hillary.

I congratulate you on electing sniffing, grabbing, biting, sleepy Joe as your President. And the thrill you're getting up your collective Democratic leg, every time you think of your next achievement - first indo-carribo-American woman President! :applause:

Despite her popularity being what? 3-4% and being a loser, pulling out of Democratic primaries... How did she manage to do that? :buggered:

Pence had so little support he didn’t even run for president. Same for Quayle and Cheney.

Are you talking about our first black VP? She managed that by showing that she is competent, of course. The only big loser in these elections is Trump. A loser in the elections, a loser in courts,.. and I expect him to be a loser in his criminal trials too.

Trump doesn't want to clean up ****. The only reason he seeks reelection so that the statute of limitations will run out the clock on his crimes as SDNY is pursuing him as we speak.

Let me explain something to you about Trump, and that is the fact that a man ( such as he) who squelched the health care of his grand-nephew ( who has cerebral palsy) out of vengeance to spite his deceased brother's estate who are suing him because Trump cheated them out of their inheritance is a man who doesn't give one rat's ass about honest democracy.

This is one of the big reasons Dems need to win the run offs in GA, so we can reform the process. It's clear America can no longer rely on the honor system of governance.

No. She's a payback to all these minorities who have propped up sleepy Joe and who demanded his VP pic to be

    1. Woman
    2. Black

    She satisfied both requirements.
