And taking the 5th is a right and is not to be interpreted as an admission of guilt is it. In fact juries are specifically instructed that invoking a right cannot be used as inference of guilt in a trial. In fact the Jan 6 committe has been accused of violating the rights of citizens by inferring their taking the 5th is proof of guilt as I have noted previously.

I'm just puzzled as to why the democrats don't trust the voters to make the right decision in 2024. If Trump is that bad then be ready to campaign against him and make the case to the voters as to why they should vote for a Democrat over Trump.
