The bottom line here. Now Brandon has called us chumps and ultra MAGA while trying to strip red states of their jobs and replacing them with illegal aliens and fentanyl

Eh, that kinda stuff is par for the course when it comes to politics - probably goes back to the founders. Heck, may go back much further. But I don't wanna hear someone speak as if their own side is somehow incapable of doing this - I just saw projection and pointed it out.

I mean, my personal view were I to become a politician? That kinda stuff goes to the window - the plan is to convince people who disagree with your own vision why yours makes sense, in fact campaigning where your opponents are seems like a good idea, go into their territory and get votes there. Calling the other side names seems to turn off independents and rile up the other side, which seems counterproductive to me. I really believe that Hilla's "Deplorables" moment cost her the election as much as anything else she did or didn't do.

Y'know, the interesting thing about 2016 was that I could actually tell you why someone should vote FOR Trump - you agreed with this stance on illegal immigration, on his economic policies - whether he lived up to them or not is another thing but at the time, I could tell you why someone would vote FOR him. I asked several times here why I would wanna vote FOR Hilla and outside of "She haz vagina," never got a reason. Oh, plenty of reasons to vote AGAINST Trump sure, but no Hilla supporter ever gave me a reason why I should be voting FOR her - and at the time, I wasn't terribly happy about either choice. It pretty much was Hilla's entire MO as well. What else did she have?

Said it several times here - 2016, I didn't vote for Trump so much as I voted against Hilla. Had Sanders won the nom, I'd likely have voted for him. 2020, I wrote in Deadpool. I'm in CaIifornia, my vote for prez doesn't matter anyway. I think the only reason I even voted was because of the propositions on the ballot.

I was a never Trump until the end of the 2016 campaign. I hated Hillary. I supported Carson in the primary and voted for him and supported Cruz until the bitter end. Living in California I knew my vote for President was meaningless so I voted 3rd party and then straight GOP for all the regional and local office and voted the propositions. If I’d have lived in a battleground state I would have voted against Hillary. It was after the election and before inauguration that I moved to support Trump by watching his transition and watching how democrats reacted to his election. Over time I went all in with support for him that he earned. Like Reagan moved me from democrat to Republican, Trump moved me from free trader to fair trader and from Wall St adoration to admiration for Main Street heartland America.

Trumpism as you call it is here to stay. It is stronger than ever and we who hold to it do so proudly and wear your hate for our ideals and policy goals as a badge of honor. **** Joe Biden!

Oh, I agree that Trumpism is here to stay for the time being. There will always be those who hate our democracy and Constitution enough to still support Trump. There will always be authoritarian lunatics. My hope is not that they will go away entirely, just that their authoritarian lunacy will not take over one of our major parties. You can't love the Constitution and love Trumpism. They are mutually exclusive. I've made my choice. You obviously have as well.

Well, seeing as I voted against Biden and you are still defending a man who tried to have himself installed as an unelected autocrat, the facts are on my side bud.

The Cry Baby Loser's grievance jamborees are an opportunity for his weird worshippers to indulge his petty, personal vendettas aplenty, and to shriek with utter contempt for America's system of jurisprudence that anyone about whom Trump is peeved should be "locked up!" as if they were hellbent on transforming America into a "sh¡thole nation."

Georgia has been on the dumped Trump's self-obsessed mind.

Kemp and Raffensperger, both of whom drove the Loser to hysterical rage by their demonstration of electoral integrity and respect for the will of the People, were confronted with Trump's hand-picked lickspittles.

Now, the Kvetcher Extraordinaire is desperate, and whining relentlessly as the long arm of the law threatens to b¡tch-slap him for his perfidy and depravity.

"Donald Trump is a pathetic bully. He may be one of the weakest people on earth...

Since February 2021, Willis and other prosecutors in Georgia have been looking into whether Trump violated election laws when he asked Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to "find" 11,780 votes to reverse the results in favor of the former president.

From Wednesday, a special grand jury is to start hearing testimonies from dozens of witnesses over the course of several weeks as part of the investigation which could see Trump facing criminal charges.

Willis said that as a result of threats made against her department, she had staffers on the case wear bulletproof vests.

"You heard in the reporting, how he was threatening— let's call it what it is— prosecutors who had the nerve to investigate him for his crimes."

Kirschner added that the "pathetic bully" Trump "needs to be toppled" over his attempts to overturn the election...

Trump should be held accountable for his despicable actions. His actions after the 2020 election proves that he is a horrible leader and puts himself above all else, including the American people and our country.
Those who continue to support this charlatan are as guilty as he is.
Don't tell me you can support Trump AND the USA. They can't go together....

It is a cult of personality that worships a bratty, spoiled child, too weak to honestly admitting defeat, and insistent that the Republican Party and the nation wallow in and indulge him in his lies, victimhood, grievances, and vendettas.

Speaking of Raffensperger, he did 5 hours in front of the Ga. Grand Jury yesterday. No word on his post-interview reaction.

They also called in his wife...

    SNIP
Just before 1 p.m. Thursday, Elliot spotted Raffensperger’s wife Tricia walking into the courthouse.

Sources told Channel 2 Action News that the grand jury wanted her testimony too, though it was unclear as to the reason.

Tricia Raffensperger did endure death threats after the election.

    An interesting twist, I'd say.....

Internal poll: Cheney only trails Trump-backed primary challenger by 28 points

    Tis' but a flesh wound!

    The 26% ceiling of support.

“A huge 71% majority say they will vote against her, including 66% who will definitely vote against Cheney no matter who she runs against. With only 26% saying they will definitely or probably vote for Cheney, she has hit her ceiling on the ballot.”

She started her WY career with a silver spoon in her mouth and it turned into a donkey part with her J6 kamikaze run.

Still time to turn it around with the right "messaging".
Some might think that a net approval of -47 against an opponent with a net approval of +29 with 22 weeks to go would be the end of the show, but J6 will turn it all around.

Trump told the truth about her Daddy.

If she had done her job, which was to represent the folks in WY, her job wouldn't be in danger.

    Is there enough?
WY has 198,000 Republicans and only 45,000 Democrats

If the GOP splits 26/58 that's

    Cheney - 51k
    Hageman - 115k

Even if Liz got all of them, and there are three Democrats running in the primary, she could still come up short.

Betting Odds - Will Swamp endorsed Cheney win her primary? Betters put that at 25%

Will her Trump Endorsed opponent be the choice? Betters put that at 75%

Off she goes to be a common-tator on MSNBC!

THEY DON’T LIKE YOU, LIZ, THEY’RE JUST USING YOU: Liz Cheney Gets a Rude Awakening. ” Think about it: how many on the left pretended to ‘respect’ Liz Cheney for her ‘bravery’ for standing up to Trump, and yada, yada, yada? Well, Liz Cheney is learning the hard way that she was just a useful idiot for the Democrat Party by being a part of their partisan Jan. 6 Committee and that they really don’t look at her any better than they do any other Republican, especially now that she expressed support for the Supreme Court after Dobbs.”

She sold out and they promptly discarded her as soon as her utility faded.
