Like I said in 2022, these rallies do nothing. They move zero voters. They are events for people who travel around because they are cult members. They are actually net negatives because while they don’t gain new voters, the stupidity at them goes viral and alienated people.

I'm grateful for the Trumps administrations accomplishments over four years. But by calling his VP a coward, criticizing Israel PM Netanyahu for congratulating Biden's victory, and by nearly deifying the January 20 rioters, Trump has lost my vote for good.

Yes, and I love to see it.
Trump has tapped into something that has been there for a long time, the feelings of anger, distrust, disappointment, conspiracies, etc. and he is using it to boost his ego and pocketbook. He didn't come up with it, but he is doing something lowdown, and taking advantage of it for his personal gain.
The silver lining is that it will ultimately fail, but unfortunately not before he gets what he can from people. At least I can say it's their choice, but it's a sad story for some, like the guy who couldn't afford his medication after Trump stole his money and wouldn't volunteer to return it. I started to post a link, but there are so many sources it's ridiculous.
The sooner Trump is no longer involved in US politics, the better.

 

Even if for whatever reason he doesn't get to be the GOP nominee in 2024 I can't see him leaving the political stage.
He lives in a world of needing constant praise and adoration to fill his empty soul and his little soldiers are what feeds it so I see him as continuing to rally, put out his daily hate list and slamming or endorsing candidates and continuing his grifting.
I can also see Don Jr. picking up daddy's mantle since he's also addicted to power and praise and spews enough hate and lies that it's almost like not missing a daddy beat.
I've said it before here that a Don Jr. endorsed by his manic daddy would see his base rally around Jr.believing that he's qualified for high political offices and it wouldn't surprise me if Trump wanted Junior as his VP.

 

Thankfully, Don Jr. just doesn't have the entertainer in him like daddy. He may try, but I don't think he will ever be the personality Sr. is.
I will give Trump his due in that category, he is a good entertainer. That seems to be one his few positive attributes. Don't let him be the target of entertainment, though. The look on his face when Obama and other people were "roasting" him at that media dinner was priceless.
