not hardly, every employee that gets a paycheck spends it in local stores and such

also when food stamps are effected, your local grocery stores will be effected, their employees will be effected

Removing all of those government employees from the payroll would leave ALL of our borders WIDE OPEN.

There would be no Border patrol, no Customs and Immigration, no Coast guard, no TSA, no FBI and no IRS!

The entire government would collapse without any funding.

The nation would be in a state of utter CHAOS!

Giving people money doesn't add anything to the economy. In the real world, we get paid because we provide value to our customers. Government doesn't do that. You might as well spend your money on a bomb and send it on over to some middle eastern country to turn sand into sand.

umm... does anybody actually keep more than spending money in USD? If they do, they're idiots. People with money don't keep it in banks because the interest isn't enough to make up for inflation. It's why we have investments.

Try thinking of it in terms of wealth rather than money. That might help.

The OP is suggesting ELIMINATING all of the essential agencies necessary to protect this nation and that includes the military since it can't be funded without the IRS.

 

With the US government eliminated the economy will collapse along with all funds invested in them.

 

This is where I agree with the democrats. We need to keep and maintain the nuclear arsenal, but that's about it.
