Barr told the truth and Meuller's report backs that up. Barr expected Mueller to redact the grand jury and sensitive information but Mueller did not do that so guess what, it takes time to do that. The fact that Barr made the report public when all he was required to do was to relay that Mueller found nothing to charge seems to escape the TDS sufferers.
