When people are oppressed, people get to a point where they don't care if they live or die. When people get to a point where they don't care if they life or die, things get dangerous. When people get to a point where they feel they have nothing to lose anymore, things get dangerous. That is what happened in the 1960's. Blacks got to the point where they felt like they had nothing to lose from rioting. Oppression won't "keep Blacks from misbehaving". History has proven when people are oppressed, they rebel, they riot, because they've gotten to the point of no return, to a point of "Go ahead, kill me. I'd rather die than live like this".
